This Public Storage location is great. In addition to all the usual stuff youd expect from a storage facility, like good security and cleanliness, the staff here was truly terrific: friendly, helpful and responsive. We were under pressure this past weekend to get a lot done. A simple mistake on our part could have become a really big problem for us. But Relief Manager Hasan at this location became our advocate, took some initiative and saved the day for us. (Thank you for Hasan!) Good staffing is what truly sets this facility apart. Its also impeccably clean and in a convenient location.

Good location for me, but would not recommend if you have other options. The office lady has an attitude. The keypads are inconveniently located - you have to get out of your car, take your code with you, get back to the car in time .. ugh. Units are old, doors dont close properly. There are an assortment of characters there usually. Their prices are not competitive. Avoid unless you like the location

The property manager Monty is very helpful and warm-hearted. Although my first option - 5 by 5 room is not available in this location, Monty help me to check available room in other location. Finally, I decided to rent a bigger room here-- all units here are car accessible. Thank you Monty. My first experience with public storage is pleasant.

The manager rochelle was very helpful when it came to renting a unit. She was very imfortative and polite. Its the best customer service i had in a long time. Shes doing a very good job and definatly recommend that if you ever need a storage to rent shes the one to go to. Thank you so much for your great service. Keep it up.

This property is not where I have my unit but I come here every month to pay my bill because its close to my job, and Alicia is the BEST. Very kind, very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of Public Storage. If you are looking for a friendly face while you are storing your precious belongings, this is the place.

Alicia is friendly and very helpful. She went over and beyond in making sure I got what I needed. I went in for 2 smaller units and she helped me get one big one. ( I didnt even know this location had such a big unit). I have interacted with Hasan and both Alicia and Hasan are very easy to talk to and work with.

I and my brother booked two storage units on- line. There were some minor problems with the units that had been assigned to us, but the management was so kind to give us new units without any additional charges. Hasan was very helpful in guiding us through all the needed paperwork.
