Ive had my trailer stored here since sep2010, and have had a wonderful experience. I believe management changed around jan2011, but I had no problems. Lori, the new manager, is about the most conscienous personable businessperson Ive ever met. She called to tell me my awning was coming undone after big windsorm. Id recommend to anyone for good olfashion service.

I had a storage facility at Northgate Storage for the past three years. It was the best experience Ive had at any storage facility. Safety, cleanliness, and the management were excellent. The manager, Lori LeDoux , was so professional , helpful and kept the facility clean and in excellent condition. I highly recommend this storage facility.

I stored my remodeled trailer there, and the local hookers broke into it to party, trashing all my hard work. Then, a year later, the manager stole from several of the units, taking my full camera equipment and crystal jewelry. Put your stuff in an ally...it would be safer!!

The people that work in the office are great. HOWEVER the CALL CENTER people will cost you a lot of unnecessary MONEY that you CAN get back.
