To the buyer of a storage bin on August 28th 2017, is there anyway you can return family pictures and childrens birth certificates to the former owner?! Management was asked if they could help but told the renter that ppl like her got what they deserve. She is a single mom who is across country, whose baby daddy only helps if harassed or guilted. Now as for the review for Storage Depot. The management team is extremely judgemental and rude! To call someone, ppl like you and make assumptions of anothers life, is not your job!!! I pray one day life knocks you down and you are treated how you treated her!! I hope you lose it all so you can see just how alone you really feel. Btw, not every childs father has the mothers back!!! Do not show up at 1pm to save your unit at this place!! Their lunch is more important and they will refuse your payment!!!

An absolute wonderful and secured facility. Office staff is very friendly and helpful. Easy access from OSU Campus to 3rd Street location on the South side, about a 5-10 minute drive from Reser Stadium. Prices are reasonable. Our rate was $38 per month for 5 x 5 unit that is climate controlled, from the elements. This easily fit one years worth of the dorm room accumulation. You have 24 hour access with unique security code and the entire facility is well lighted, especially at night. Managers of facility live on site. I highly recommend this facility. SGS Aiea, HI. The units are decent. The management team sucks something terrible. The man is very rude. They dont grasp the concept of what "in a timely manner" means. They will lie to you over the phone about when your unit will be unlocked should you be one day late with your payment. And if you request oh so nicely for it to be done shortly after the payment goes through, they will make you wait. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone just because of the people.

We had to store an entire household for 4 months. We were very pleased with this facility. It was clean, well-maintained, easy to locate and secure. The rates were reasonable which we appreciated especially considering the tough economic times. The manager was good to deal with, helpful and cooperative with what we needed. If you need a place to store your treasures we would highly reccommend this facility.

My husband and I have had a small unit for several years and have had no issues with service or quality. We love the security Storage Depot provides and appreciate the helpfulness of the staff. We would highly recommend Storage Depot to anyone who needs short or long term storage in Corvallis!

I have used this facility several times. I have generally had a great experience. But when they owe you money, it is like pulling teeth to get them to send you a check. I have asked 3 times for my remaining balance on my unit and still havent gotten it.

I can only speak for the South Corvallis location but the new managers are keeping the place cleaner and more secure. Prices are as little high and keep going up but 24 hour access and climate control is not offered everywhere.

Excellent modern surveillance. 24 hour access - 365 days a year. Most places in Lane County just south of here suck compared to here.
