This has been the worst storage experience I have ever had! While the folks that work here locally are great, Public Storage has been horrible. They raise their rates constantly, and when I tried to contact their customer service department, the number I was given tried to sell me some gift card. After researching on the net what the REAL number was, and finally getting ahold of someone, I was told they can raise their rates as often as every thirty days. These rates are apparently based on market value and operating expenses. Of course if market value and expenses go down, their prices dont. Even this would have been a bitter pill to swallow but doable if the woman on the line hadnt been so rude! Not my money, not ever again. I would rather pay more somewhere else at this point.

I would give them more stars if there were any more. My experience overall was 100 percent positive. I have never felt so important to anyone Ive done business with like I did here. Suzanne was wonderful and very friendly and what an awesome customer service experience. She went over and above what she would normally be expected to do. I didnt even end up renting after all and I was still treated with the utmost respect in every aspect. I am disabled and its hard for me to get around and my second visit after she saw me struggling to walk, she came to me. What more can you ask for. Their prices are very reasonable and they have move in specials for new customers which are absolutely amazing. The place is clean, good atmosphere and Suzanne.

The managers on this property are awesome, easy to work with... BUT... when I moved out yesterday (timing was perfect), someone was moving in/out and brought cockroaches with them. They were EVERYWHERE!!!! EVERYWHERE (it truly was a nightmare scene) If you are in the D UNIT beware!!! I saw them crawling into several units, thank GOD I got there when I did, otherwise I would have probably brought some new roommates into my new place. I dont blame the storage facility, they were very prompt in trying to control them when I let her know, but by that time they had already been in and out of SEVERAL units!!

Pay More

We rented a unit here for a short term move. The space was clean, dry and easily accessible. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and fun. Suzanne is the manager and she helped us figure out what size we needed and got us a great promotion too. She made us feel my things would be secure and that there was no long term commitment. We will let our friends know to rent from this location and We would rent here again too. We even got our moving boxes here !!

We visit 15 to 20 Public Storage sites a month with our business and this is one of our favorites. Suzanne is the manager and she is very helpful. She understands people and their needs, she will not steer you wrong. She even introduced us to the District Manager Joseph, such a nice young man. Having them as a team really works. We will let our friends know to rent from this location and We would rent here again too.

I came to this public storage looking for a unit to rent. I was greeted with courtesy and professionality by Suzanne. After discussing my options for a unit, I understood that at this time I did not need a unit. Suzanne was helpful in explaining everything, and the premises was very clean. If I do decide to rent a unit I will most definitely come back to this location. I was very pleased with my visit.

I was in Public Storage recently trying to determine the size of a storage unit I would need. Suzanne was fabulous at helping me figure out the size I would need for the amount of belongings I have. If I decide to rent, this is definitely where I will go. Had to go back in recently and received the same great customer service from Suzy. Wish more businesses had employees like this!

Patrick took me to show me 3 different size units that all could work for my needs, he answered all my question in regards to the prices for eatch unit. Patrick realy cares about how to protect the items and showed me how to save me money by making a reservation. Love the door style and lock. Thanks patrick. Hope someone higher up see this and give you a raise ; )

I was very surprised when I pulled in for sure. I expected a dump with some garages. The complex was clean, the property manager was very nice and professional, and they gave me an awesome deal. I only rented for a few months, but Im glad I chose this place. If u need a storage unit, definitely keep Public Storage as the "Go-To" place.

This is my third time renting a storage unit at this location. I keep coming back because of the excellent customer service by Suzanne and her entire staff. Very professional and keeps her property clean. I wouldnt think of going anywhere else in this part of Portland for my storage needs. Highly recommended.

Suzanne and staff are really helpful and friendly. They helped me pick the best storage unit to meet our needs, at the best price! They even placed the lock on my unit for me before I arrived, to avoid the rain! This is my 3rd time renting at Aloha Public Storage. Cant beat it. Thanks again!

If you ever wanted to store your stuff at a friends house, this would be the next best thing. The units are easy access, not too many to get lost, clean and safe! Suzanne is welcoming and a great "host" for your stuff! A positive investment.
