Pros: + The staff is responsive and helpful. + attentiveness to security - other facilities in the area let alarms slide Ive noticed. Not this one. + Neat and clean facilities + Moving carts to assist with moves + temperature and climate controlled + free 4 hour rental of moving van for in-area (<20 mile) moves. Cons - no on-site garbage/recycling disposal - moving and storage generates cardboard waste at a minimum - and other services in the area provide complementary garbage and cardboard recycling. - everything is in-doors - which I didnt appreciate until moving out of a direct-access (drive up and roll up door) storage facility. Direct drive-up access makes move in/move out fast vs waiting for a cart+loading+waiting for elevator+walking to unit. - additional stuff to keep track of for access - requires access card or access key + $20 lock & key (which is purchased when you rent the locker) vs drive-in pin-code + bring-your-own lock. - can get excessively congested during busy-times (ie holidays like Labor Day) - unlike other more open drive-up facilities.

Military has to waive their SCRA rights: I do not like to give negative reviews but I want to warn other servicemembers. I was activated by the Marines and I told Premier Storage my situation and they offered a 5% discount for my service, which is fine. But the representative handed me a Waiver, requesting me to waive my Servicemember’s Civil Relief Act rights. He claimed it was to protect Premier Storage. I told him these laws were in place because of civil mistreatment of deploying veterans in that past. Because deployment often go along with lack of communication, if my credit card were reissued, hacked, expires, etc. this protects my stuff from being sold off. He stated that I did not have to sign it but I would lose my discount and just rent like a normal person (which didnt make sense to me). Ultimately, I found it very insulting and not supportive of my situation.

I am VERY happy with Premier Storage! 1. They have a great location, right off the highway in hillsboro. 2. Climate control! Ive gotten a storage unit in other places, and have had an issue with mold spots from the change in temperatures. This place is never lower than 55, never higher than 75. 3. GREAT PRICE! I was incredibly surprised by the price of the units. Other places charge literally twice what these cost per month. 4. Accessability/security. Everyone gets a personal key, will not allow you anywhere but the floor your unit is on. They provide roll carts, so moving heavy furniture is SO much easier, and elevators, so no broken backs! I will absolutely be reccomending and getting units in the future!

Clean, secure, free use of full-size truck at move-in, easy access to my stored items from early morning until quite late at night, and the most pleasant and helpful staff Ive ever experienced! They made the complicated task of storing & relocating a breeze with their incredible friendliness, professionalism, and genuine personal attention that are truy hard to find these days! I never write testimonials, but when a business works this hard for their customers they deseve recognition. Ive recommended them to all my friends, and wont store anywhere else in the greater Portland metro area - Worth going out of your way for!

I have rented storage units from a couple of different companies and Premier Storage by far are the best I have ever dealt with. The staff were the most friendly and profesional I have come across. The units are the least expense and the cleanest units I have had to use. I also have never had the pleasure of being able to use a moving truck for 4 hrs. for free which was a great help, for someone that does not have one and didnt have the money to rent one. I will recommend them to everyone I know that needs a storage place.

the staff is incredible here! I just moved to the area, and the rates here are comparable to smaller, lower quality facilities... They have immeasurable security, can accomodate a large 18-wheeler truck (for a moving company, perhaps) and are willing to go above and beyond to give the customer a fair price and the right size storage, even when it means less money for them! I will be sending everyone I know to these guys!

Premier Storage is just what there name says Premier Stroage. The staff there is great and helpful. They are always willing to help you out. The property is very clean and secure . Also the price is great i found it to be the best price in town and all the extras that you would want in a storage place. I will recommend Premier Storage to everyone that i know in the area or is moving to the area.

I am renting a 5x10 storage unit from Premier Storage in Hillsboro. I did a lot of research online before deciding to rent from them. The staff is very friendly and the price is fair. I love the individual unit security and the climate controlled environment. Also I have the option of paying my rent online. You really cannot beat the location, convenience, price, and safety of Premier Storage.

I inquired about renting a p.o.box and the staff were very helpful and very NICE. when i went in to get my p.o.box I got quick and wonderful service. The staff was waiting for an auction to begin and still helped me I was so satisfied and they are better than any other place i have been before!! I recommend anyone looking for a storage or p.o.box to go to premier storage!!!

There is finally a wine storage site on the West side of Portland. The facility is very nice and the price is very reasonable. It could be improved by allowing 24 hour access, but so far, that has not been a problem for me. The paperwork was quick and the on-site manager was helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend this storage facility.

This place is a good place for when you need to store items. The price is good for different size units. Its gated by either pass card or pin. Once entering also deactivated the alarm for your personal unit. The aisles are wide enough to move with a flatbed. And with each rental units you get one free use with the moving truck (2 units=2 uses)

Ive rented storage spaces before, and they were always a little scuzzy. Premier is clean, well-kept, & secure; prices are slightly higher than elsewhere, but absolutely worth it. Staff is helpful and tries to go the extra mile, which is greatly appreciated. Getting a free truck to move in with was a big plus, too!

I rented there for 2 years and found customer service to be excellent. Great facility too! Always carts available to help you move your stuff. Will never rent an outdoor storage again, unless I miss bugs and mice and working outside in rain, cold, or heat-ugh!

Rented a 10x15 unit to prepare for selling our house. Was such an easy process that we rented a second unit when we ran out of room. Very clean, easy to get in and out, secure and was the best price on the westside for a climate controlled unit.

the place is very clean, the staff is helpful and friendly. the costs is perfect, public storage for the same price wanted to give me something older and not as sound and secure of facilities. the elevators are big enough to fit a couch.

Great place for storage! The staff was very helpful, facilities were spacious and clean, great security, reasonable pricing, and the large carts they provided made moving in and out of my unit easy. Highly recommended.
