Absolutely Fabulous - start to finish! I moved from AZ and did not know for sure the exact date we would arrive. NW Self Storage was the only location that held a unit for me. When I arrived the paperwork was smooth, the office person was SO nice and she even took me to the unit personally the first time. The place is unbelievably immaculately clean. I rented temperature controlled and you could eat off the floor! When the unit I rented was too small, NW Self Storage quickly offered up a second smaller unit right near by. I could not have asked for an easier experience. There were carts for unloading and wide isles for our big truck. Everything went perfect. As you can see, I am a VERY satisfied customer. I never write reviews, but I thought this one was a must!

I met Fred at northwest storage, I was supposed to only rent 1 storage for 2 months and another for 1 month. However it turned out to be 5 and 4 months to the tune of 522.00 a month. I kept Fred oin the loop all the way. I was open and honest and used the term wow we sure have taken the long stick up the short end, more than once. Fred understood and new how to help. If you do not STORE with Fred, I am truly sorry because then it is your fault. He is a man who understands people and how to help them solve there problems. So again if you have to store start with Fred at northwest storage in sherwood oregon. If you dont I am truly sorry for you because you have this knowledge and you chose to ignore it.

Sherwood Storage is the best place in the Sherwood/Tualatin/Tigard area to keep your belongings, RV, Boats or car.! Fred & Lisa are AMAZING, they treat their customers like family and this is what sets them apart from the other facilities in the area. Their facility is an extremely clean and secure facility. I recommend them to anyone and everyone! Just ask for Fred with the Move In Truck.

Put my stuff in for a couple of years this past summer. Fred is the nicest guy a place could have.He even called me when he found that I had not locked my door the right way. This was only a few hours after I made the mistake. Clean, new, and secure with great pricing. Discount for long term too.

The people at the front desk is always willing to help and never in a bad mood. Sometimes there lunch schedule interferes with trying to ask questions but it still is never a long wait.
