Im just fed up with this storage facility. Ive been at this facility since 2009. I used it because I needed a place for all my military equipment. The following year I had my unit broken into. The insurance initially denied my claim for stolen items. It was largely inconvenient to claim for stolen property that was military issued with their set insurance company. In 2016, Ive had to call the police on units that were being broken into. The security system is severely inefficient given my personal experiences (God knows how many other break-ins occurred). Customers should feel that their units are secure. I do not feel that way about my storage unit. The last test of my faith with this facility and its management failed when the electronic gate was out for order for at least a week (Jan 21-29). The sign read that the gate would be open at 9:30am but it did not say when it would be closed. So if youre traveling from far away just hope and pray that the gate is still open when you arrive. Also, their established office hours online and at the facility is more of a guideline and not necessarily a rule. At least, thats what it seems to be (see pictures). For all these reasons, I am moving my property out of this storage facility. Ive attached pictures to show the temporary sign and current time with the date to prove that my claims are truthful. One picture shows (3) vehicles (current clients) waiting to get into their storage units but cannot due to the gate being out of order, as well as the less than accurate sign of when its supposed to be open. I would not recommend this facility to my friends or family members. I hope this review helps current and future clients.

Brittany has given me the best service out of all 50 states Ive been to she deserves more then just a review. Shes always checking to make sure we dont have any questions and when it was hot we where moving and overheated and she even gave us a bottle if water! Shes personable, friendly, and keeps up on the property. This girl is the reason we stay here. I would recommend you to store here if its needed brit will greet you with a warm smile and help you with all your needs. This storage faciloty is always locked and secured, and always clean. Even down to the office and bathroom spotless. I dont know how she runs this place and does so much all the time and remains so positive. Public storage is great and brittany takes it to the next level. Amazing people storage and pricing , i dont know if i could ask for much more. My experience has been better then expected, i could go on for days and find a hundred great things to write about this place so ill leave it at shes an angel and she always watches over us customers and the property. She deserves a rase and all of your employees should be loke here, maybe they can learn a thing or two! Thanks a million times over for all your help

Courteous, attentive and detailed. I am feeling quite fortunate to have found a storage locker that is in the area I wanted, within my budget constraints, and attended by absolutely wonderful people. A thousand thanks to Brittany the property manager for making this little part of the current life transition Im going through a complete breeze. She was able to ensure my storage needs were adequately met, that I fully understood all the small details of renting from PS, and hit her obviously mandated company sales pitches all while exuding a genuine warmth and personable character that completely set me at ease. As someone who can be as socially awkward as myself, I can honestly say it is very rare indeed for me to be made to feel comfortable so quickly while dealing with processes that I am unfamiliar with. I hope PS fully appreciates the quality employee they have in Brittany, and I would recommend this particular location to anyone for their storage needs without hesitation. Again, thank you so very much, and have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Brittany came to my unit to remind me of some things an although she was giving me reminder of rules of the property she was very professional. She answered all my questions with no hesistatement and she even gave me broom an dustpan to use l These ladies are all very nice and always give me great customer service epecially appreciation of this girl today Brittany she has awareness of property and is a diligent worker for example when I was walking thro te gate she mentioned to me I always have to enter my password Im surprised she even noticed most people dont pay attention I feel looked after and my stuff to it makes me feel secure and comfortable I just have to say this place is the best I wouldnt go anywhere else I always try not to linger around but its hard with such great people

Public Storage is a fantastic little den of storage units and safety. In need of a place to stow my stuff, I turned to the orange doors of Public Storage. The staff was very friendly and made the process simple and easy to sign up. My unit was a simple concrete hovel with walls; quaint and dim, it held boxes like nobodies business. Leaving was as easy as telling the front desk clerk that it was time to move on. I signed a slip, we shared a moment, I shed a single tear, and we parted ways. Thank you Public Storage! Your orange doors lit my storage path, your poor parking lot taught me about spacial engineering, and your rickety fence made me feel slightly better about keeping my boxes here instead of in a wide open space. I highly recommend them for all your storage needs.

Deceptive is how I can describe my experience. We wanted to rent a 10x15. We had a trailer that is 14 long that we wanted to put inside. The rate was high to start with at 240 a month. We got to the unit and backed in the trailer full of our stuff only to find out it wouldnt fit. I pulled out a tape measure and found that the unit was only 139". I asked the lady why and she said their listing are approximations. I would approximate a 15 unit at 149" to 152" or so but not over a foot short. She said they had a 20 unit for 300 a month. She showed it to us and it was actually 19 and asked for it to be priced as the 15 unit since it wasnt true to ad. She said she would not. We left to look for another place to rent.

Dirty, dishonest, questionable security, huge fire hazard! Would give zero stars if possible. Saw rat traps & poison everywhere, then noticed the feces. We wanted a 5x5 unit, she tried to rent us a 3x5 and got really upset when we mentioned it looked small... (we measured!) We had a combo lock with us, but she insisted that we use a house lock since "combo locks are easy to pick"...whatever, she just wanted us to use a lock that she had a key to! There are no fire sprinklers anywhere in the facility, just lots of dry plywood. Didnt notice any stand pipes either. Nope! TL,DR: Dont store anything you care about here! Very sketchy indeed!

Diane, the manager, was absolutely wonderful when I stopped by to look at the storage room I was interested in. When I came back the next day to sign the paperwork, Juanita, who also works there, was very nice, friendly, and lots of fun to chat with, was spot on with getting all the necessary papers together for me to sign. All in all, I had an excellent experience there and am very happy that I chose this Public Storage facility. I would definitely recommend storing at this facility. Diane and Juanita are both very knowledgeable about the dos and donts, and they take you into consideration. Youre not just a customer with them.
