The on-site manager ,Ian has been amazing since day 1 of doing business with Public Storage. Ive been having a hard time paying my monthly fees on line. Im not the kind of person who asks for help to often. So long story short, I did it on my own and ended up paying the fee twice. When I called Olympia store Ian was as helpful and courtesy as he could have been. Ian is extremely professional and still makes me feel like Im doing business with a local company. Ian is definitely an asset to Public Storage. I want to make sure anyone that has or will have storage needs knows where to go. Thank you Ian for being there for your customers.

I want to thank Ian for his professional support in my move. Renting two units and living in a hotel is stressful. One night I forgot to lock my storage door properly. Instead of e-mail or text, Ian took the initiative to call my phone and explain the issue. I quickly drove over and secured my unit. The facility was always clean and secure. I recommend this location, easy to get in and out of. One criticism, why cant the company allow renters to reserve a location before the end of the month? I would pay extra to lock in my rate and location. Moving sucks, you guys made life easier.

I needed a storage unit during a renovation. I called several storage places and this one had the best prices. I arranged to rent to unit from Ian, who gave me 100% of his attention. He asked questions about my storage needs so I could get the unit perfect for me. He explained all the paperwork carefully, then took me to the unit after I doubled checked the that the gate code and lock were good. Moving day was yesterday and now my renovation can start in earnest! Thank you, Ian.

STAY AWAY! They are dishonest and all about making money. The customer service is horrible and if you must work with them, stay away from Ian. He reserved us a storage unit and they gave it to someone else for more money. He also told us a price on the phone, but the confirmation email had a higher price. Contacted corporate office and they werent helpful at all (full of excuses). Price might be best in town, but not worth the stress. Sure other people there are good.

Not impressed. The $1 for the first month is a sham, "we currently arent able to offer that promotion", and yet they have spaces available to rent. Also $1, plus "an administration fee" and then tax when they do offer the promotion. False. Advertising. Period. I would way rather continue to use local storage places in olympia than these big McStorage company rentals. Thumbs down, hopefully they treat their employees alright. Just my 5¢

I have used this Facility for almost a year when I first got here everytime I came there was either a return message on the door or no one available. Over the Past couple of months there has been a new Manager (Ian) He offers excellent customer service and always ready to assist and help his customers, the turn around here has been exceptional Thank you Public Storage for your services!

We were in need of a second unit at this location and Ian was very accommodating in meeting our request. He stayed a little after closing time to help us and we were most appreciative. This is the third public storage location weve used and Ian provides by far the best customer service. He knows his stuff which helps speed the process. Thanks Ian, you are the best.

When I arrived on site, he was expecting me, was professional and personable... and, most important on a busy day for me: he was efficient and fast. He didnt miss any details. The facility is in a good safe location and very clean. So far, Im very pleased.

Ian has been amazing! He is extremely genuine and helpful and answered all of my questions (I had many). Someone tried to get into my unit that did not have permission and Ian called me to let me know and quickly changed my code and gave me a new lock. I definetly recommend this location for anyone needing storage.

The gate is broken half of the time so its not secured anybody can go in there and cut your lock if they wanted to get into your storage and their prices are way too high
