UPDATE I had to put off the hunt for quite some time due to family matters. When I started looking again it was a nightmare. Everywhere I went there was no one to be found, or the terms of rental were shady or the facility was garbage--sometimes all three. I came back here, though it is slightly more than I want to pay, and was very pleased to find Merrick (?) on point and ready to answer some pretty tough questions (I have trust issues lol). Will probably pull the trigger on this location as they just simply are the best in the general area by far. ************ Ive been looking for a place nearby to store my "overflow" of collectibles and have a lot of options. Sadly, most of the storage businesses nearby have very poor customer service and if I can even find someone to talk to they seem disinterested. Not so with this location...as soon as I pulled up I was welcomed by Joe. He gave me the low down on prices, spaces and features. CS is a lost art form and this will definitely help me decide. It looks clean, modern and well maintained.

Summary: They are clever in getting you to sign up and have a variety of sizes ranging from a closet to a multi-car garage. Beware: they will give you one month free BUT later will increase the rate without notice. Pros: -Clean area, multiple sizes to choose from. Cons: -Rate increases without notification. After 6 months my 5 x 10 ft was increased from $75 to $86, which is even higher than the current price they quote on the website. Once you move your stuff in they know you do not want to leave. -There is not guarantee that any one will be working there even if you show up during posted business hours. I needed to get a new code and had to wait 30 minutes for the sales guy to appear. -They love $20 late fees. Dont sign up for autopay. If there is some glitch on their end they do not bother to call and if there are any outstanding balances you will be locked out in addition to the fee. -The people that work there have no authority to make changes if you run into a problem. They basically just sign people up.

When I moved in they had at least 6 carts for us to use. Then all of a sudden they took all but 1 away. I complained to the office and said it was crazy. 1 cart for this whole complex. So now we have 2 carts. Its still crazy. only 2 carts for all of us. We are like rats chasing after them to use them. We sure are paying enough money for our spaces cant they provide us with proper service. Then I came back another time and I thought I was going to move out. The light in the hall was burnt out. I asked if someone could change the light bulb in the next 10 days for when I return. They said no we have to get an electrian. Come on I said there were other lights that were out as well. He said I know but its company policy that we have to have more burnt out lights until we get the electrian out here. Mean while I couldnt see very well into my unit while I was trying to sort through things. I like the buildings, thats because it use to be another companys that built it before Public Storage bought them out.

What an amazing team you have with Merritt and Laura at this location! I volunteer with a nonprofit group and we needed to rent a unit to help with a local toy drive. Both Merritt and Laura have been so wonderful to all of my volunteers who come in at all times of the day to make toy drop offs. They are ALWAYS polite and very friendly. They run this location like ALL businesses should be run. They put the customer first and always make us feel welcome. I just had such a positive experience with Merritt at the Cornell Rd Public Storage. He was so positive, so helpful, so cheerful and provided such good service, helping us in every way he could. I have seldom, if ever, had someone be so positively helpful and service oriented. Thank you, Merritt. Your attitude and wonderful customer service will have me back anytime I need storage and I will recommend you to everyone I know. Good customer service overcomes any other weakness in a business - in my opinion.

Both Merritt and Laura were very helpful! I went in two different times. I went the first time to get a idea on the size of the storage units and Merrritt was very helpful with all the questions I had at that time. The second time I went, Laura helped me get set up with my key and storage unit. She was fast, efficent, very friendly and she answered all my questions . Both Laura and Merritt made my process at Public Storage stress free! Highly recommend this Public Storage!

This Public Storage Facility at Beaverton, Oregon provided awesome service from first day to last day. I ended up using it for about few months. The management was great and provided suggestions and guidance whenever I needed. They were very helpful in allowing our authorized friend access the unit and allowed the moving company truck to park in their facility during my relocation process. I recommend this facility highly. This place is awesome!!! The staff is super nice and helpful. I was able to get a perfect size unit for my situation at a great price. I always had such an easy time accessing my unit throughout my lease. The climate control is amazing as well. If you need a place to store stuff, I highly recommend this Public Storage location. You will not be disappointed. From someone who leased a unit for about 8 months.

When I ended my rental period, they would not give me a reciept to show that I had given them notice. Not in person, not be email, nothing in writing at all. Plus, they send me an email invoice for the next month, which should not have come. I called Tony, the District Manager, no return call. Nice job, Tony. Extremely poor customer service. Nice facility, though.

Great place. Clean. Very nice staff. Im taking one start off because I HATE the fact that you have to punch in a code at the gate, then the elevator, and then at the gate to get out. Ive had rented before from a similar facility but they had key fobs that made access easier. I can see have the code as a backup but not the only way in.

I flew from Billings Mt. to pick up the last of my storage, rented my Uhaul and got to the storage location and found out I did not bring the right keys for the unit. Merritt took care of everything very quickly. Excellent Job. I would rent here again and I strongly recommend this location to all of you. Thanks Merritt
