This place is not at all a good place to do business. Not at all help full infact me and my family just had our mom and sister both pass away in the same month. My mom had a massive stroke and my sister witch was only 34 years old passed away from a heart attack. We are not rich by any means we payed a lot of money for those costs. I called asked asking them to work with me on the coast they said no. Mind you all my sisters and moms stuff is in there. They said the stuff just needs to be paid and you need to move the stuff out. In the mix of this they tacked another 15 dollars on to the bill witch is now 145.00 Mind you i get ( SSI ) 700.00 a month My rent is 570.00 i barley have enough to eat. I explained my situation to them but. These people do not care about you or the hard times you are going though. You might wont to consider who you do business with.

Very difficult to work with after they lied to me about the financials. Took me over 2 months to receive my refund, and it wasnt even for the entire amount. Every phone call I have had with Mike has been very aggressive and extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend this facility to anyone

Weve been using 42nd street mini storage for over a year now and have always been extremely satisfied with their service. Their facilities are always clean. Weve had no issues with pests and are extremely pleased with their friendly customer service.
