It honestly takes a lot for me to write a review, I am typically way too busy to even bother with it, but my experience here was absolutely amazing. DJ and Caitlin were extremely friendly and made my experience painless. When I got there they had my spot ready and they helped me fill out all of my paperwork and answered any questions I had. They were extremely knowledgeable. I have dealt with a few public storage facilities in the past and this was BY FAR my best experience. I would recommend this location and Caitlin and DJ to any one of my friends or family because they were truly salt of the earth people that were a great help in making my storing process extremely simple with no headaches. Bottom line is I would recommend them and this location to a friend or loved one and I will be storing here in the future for any other storage needs I may have. Thank you DJ and Caitlin!

At this point these people who work here have the WORST customer service Ive ever seen. The people who work here are transferred off the street no qualifications to do this job what so ever! They lie, are rude, not flexible at all & your honestly better off storing your items in a friend garage or basement. The price of your unit fluctuates and they dont give you notice and if they do its AFTER its already gone up. Jus not worth your money or the hassle. No level of management just regular ass people who sit on the office all day on their phone. They throw our their district manager who isnt much help as well and you have to contact him if there an issue smh its ridiculous dont Rec at all

This was my first time using a storage facility, and Public Storage was my first choice. I am very pleased with my service and all my thanks goes to a nice man named Alex, who helped me out with the whole process. It is in a good location, and the prices were great. Were in the process of moving stuff and this is a good place to store it until the summer when we can sort through everything and determine what we want to keep or sell. All in all, great service and good prices. Its good to see that in a business!

Sharise (and I think I spelled that wrong but Im at least close) This woman was as helpful as could be she assisted me by reminder of due payment and Even looked up my gate code for me when I forgot it which made me feel special because as I was handing her my ID she said "thats alright Mr Townsend I remember you. Awww I was like what a sweet kid always with a smile and never afaid to interact with a customer. Ill never go anywhere else for my storage needs.

I was moving into my storage unit and very concerned that all of my belongings would not fit. It was a few minutes before closing, but Leslie stayed after hours to make sure that if I needed another storage unit he would be able to accommodate my needs. I appreciated him going to extra mile so that I wasnt stuck there with boxes and nowhere to go. Thank you!
