Jeff has been great and worked with me thru difficulties when he otherwise had no reason to trust me. The office access / business hours could be more convenient at times but overall there have been no issues there. The staff member who walks the dog during business hours could certainly be more helpful and professional. I was very happy that Jeff updated his system and went thru the agony that entailed in order to be more customer / user friendly. Over all Ive been pleased with the interaction at J&J.

J&J storage is a great place!! Very friendly owners GREAT prices and easy to find. I have NEVER had a problem there.. HIGHLY RECOMMENED!!!!!
