Im very,very happy to have decided to rent a storage space at this Public Storage location. The front desk worker, Chelsea, was a joy to work with, and extremely professional. I had my rental unit shown to me,my gate code assigned,all of the rules explained, first months rent paid and a shiny,brand-new lock in less than 10 minutes. The whole process was painless, easy and actually kind of fun thanks to Chelsea, her wonderful attitude and obvious desire to do everything in her power to please the customer. The only thing I could sort of complain about is the mandatory insurance that youre required to carry on your unit. Nothing about insurance was mentioned when I called the 800 number and spoke to someone in a call center in some random location. So, the additional monthly charge was kind of a surprise, but the premium is reasonable and when you think of it, insurance isnt too bad of a thing to have to have. I price compared with Uncle Bobs ( ? really - what a dumb name!), Simply Self Storage, and AAA Self-Storage, (all in the St. Charles area) and even with the insurance premium, this Public Storage location was an extremely good value. Overall, I highly recommend this Public Storage location. Chelsea is an excellent customer service representative, and Public Storage should be proud to have her as an employee. In a market segment thats extremely close in price and amenities, customer service can really make a difference in choosing where to rent, and the main reason I chose to rent here was the wonderful service that she provided at the time of rental. Thanks Chelsea - I hope you see this! It was a pleasure meeting you.

I drove out to Public Storage today with my stuff all ready to go. I walked in and the man (Im assuming this is NOT Twain) didnt even look up at me from his computer. I didnt even think he was talking to me. Then I told him my name and that I had a reservation and he said it was cancelled. I was like "O when did I do that?" He said "you didnt, we cancelled it. Because we were calling you and you didnt answer." I said "Ok, what phone number did you call?" (Looking through my phone to see what missed calls I had. They told me the phone number and it was off by one number. There was literally nothing I couldve done in that situation, I just got screwed over. That was their mistake- I wish I wouldve gotten another email or something asking me if that number was correct. Then he proceeded to ask me questions and get me set up for a storage unit that was over twice the amount I was originally expecting. I walked out. Not worth it.

Dump heap! Smells like dead animals and dog feces very strong as soon as you open your car door?! Office is always closed and you can never find the office manager? There are always kids and dogs running rampent around this place? This place is more like an animal kennel and kiddy daycare than storage? I never had to use my code to open the door to the fence, it was just always open? No security at all in this place? I could see when making payments that the only camera in this place was on the manager inside the office and nothing on the property? There must be something shady going on here if they have surveillance only on their employees? This place is so dirty, smelly, unsecured and just plain wrong! I couldnt stay any longer, had to find another company that I could actually feel safe at. There is a reason the prices are so low here..... you get what you pay for! You pay for cheap garbage!

Excellence. Professionalism. Storage space. These are words I would apply to this location any day of the week. I have absolute faith in the lovely ladies I met when I went in, Jan and Chelsea. Without a doubt, they know exactly what theyre doing; I never felt safer leaving my collections of sculptures anywhere else before. (Theyre all handcrafted, so believe me when I say: I care about them.) What Im trying to say, Ive fallen in love with the Public Storage franchise above all other space-renting businesses. The employees were extremely thoughtful and considerate when hearing about my needs, and did nothing short of ensuring my experience was beyond satisfactory. xoxo

There are not enough stars provided for me to rate this location. The staff (Twain, Javon, and Jennifer) are wonderful. This was the best experience that I have ever had renting any kind of storage facility. I felt right and home with how they treated me and my fiancé. The location is well maintained, and they ensure you are comfortable with what you are renting prior to filling out any paperwork. Twain the manager does an outstanding job and his staff are right behind him. I would recommend this location to any of my friends in need of storage. In my opinion this location rates 10 stars.

Twain Twain Twain!!!!What a excellent job he did...he has the best customer service skills I have ever seen.As soon as I walked in he greeted me with a smile that just shows that he loves what he does.He assisted me very well,I walked in not knowing what questions to ask but he helped me out in the best way he didnt rush me he took his time,he was very patient in answering all my questions...I will definately be back Twain and I will definitely refer my family and friends over there...What a nice gentleman,Thanks again!

What a RUDE bunch of people! The slob working behind the desk is so rude and inconsiderate! This place isnt a safe place to store even trash! The gate is always wide open!? The lights barely work and it is so dark here at night you drive right by. NO cameras here for protection?! I would be better off storing my stuff in a backyard shed with out a lock on!

I am having a difficult time parking my truck in the specific spot I was assign to. And today I couldnt park. The lady working at that time couldnt help me and told me if i couldnt park my truck that I had to get out. I was very disappointed at what she said to me. That felt terrible. I am hopping to get a call and solve this matter.
