i rented a space #1230 under the name judy brown for the 6 months now I go to pay the bill with a Check and it did not read it call customer service said it would credited now today I am being Charged a 10 dollar late fee saying it was not paid why am I being hasseled the A.G. needs to be called about this companys hasseling customers Iwent there today there is a red lock on my space I have a reciept saying it was paid the states Attorney office needs to check out this company for Fraud

Before red dot storage took it over you could talk to a live person on site in the office. Since then the rental has gone up four times since red dot took over and you dont see anyone and you if you get a live person it is never the same one. I have found two die mice in my unit at different times and yet because I dont have anywair else to go Im stuck. All I say is look around before you camit to any place.

Red Dot has been great since they took over our storage. It is do convenient to have the ability to talk to someone at the kiosk 24x7. We ran into a problem when we upgraded units, but jumped on the kiosk and very friendly, professional people took care of the problem right there while we stood there. Great service!!!

I used this storage for almost a year! Theyre wonderful. Payment over the phone is easy and after I had vacated the unit, Tomas was incredibly helpful is squaring away everything so I didnt have a remaining balance. Wonderful place to do business. 5 stars.

I have used Oswegos Red Dot storage location on two separate occasions.they are close, convenient and have never had a problem with my unit staying dry. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
