Robert and Laura do a fantastic job managing this Uncle Bobs Self Storage. They are both helpful and kind. They made it easy for me to transfer from one unit to the other this January(2015). The facility is clean; it is easy to enter and exit. The climate -control units are always at the proper temperatures during the course of the year. Uncle Bob’s was the perfect solution to our storage needs in St. Charles, Illinois. Then, as our needs changed, we were able to easily move to a larger storage space in the same building. The managers, Robert and Laura, were always helpful and very professional. The entire facility is immaculately clean. We always felt that it was very safe and secure. We chose Uncle Bob’s after looking around the area, because we felt that it truly was the best, most conveniently located, and cleanest, secure climate-controlled self-storage in the St. Charles area.

Just moved into a climate controlled unit. The agent i met with was very courteous and helpful. Security appears good with CCTV coverage of loading areas and hallways. Units are spacious with plenty of vertical room for stacking. Im feeling happy with my choice.
