As a new customer with Extra Space Storage, I have had positive interactions with the manager and staff and they have been extremely helpful, courteous and informative with me as I prepared to lease a storage unit from them for the very first time. The manager walked me through all of the steps to lease a unit and took extra time to answer all of my questions. I am impressed with the high level of security offered by Extra Space Storage for both the customer and the unit themselves. Their prices are fair and they offer some good referral incentives. The staff is always available to help you out with any needs you have. Overall my experience with Extra Space Storage and their staff has been very professional and positive. I have never rented a storage unit before. I needed to get one asap. The storage facility is extremely clean and has numerous cameras. I feel that all of my possessions at Extra Space Storage will be completely safe. The price was great and got my first month free. I was very impressed with Kevin Apacible the manager there. He walked me through everything in a thorough and very professional manner. I will recommend Extra Space Storage to everyone I know. I am not one to write reviews, but the service and price was worth commending. Thanks Kevin!!!

It is true that it is clean, but it is a new facility--It should be. I have had things stored in this facility for a couple of years and I find that they just cant help themselves from RAISING THE RENT. They know that it is easy to up the rent because it is more costly to move. Its like clockwork. In this economic climate, they should hold the line. I really dislike the attitude. I am out of there as soon as I can.

Definitely 5 stars for extra space storage! Very helpful staff and service. I have had store items in the past and I dreaded going to facility! Not the case when going to Exrra Space. I think fact that it is exceptionally clean and easy to access makes coming here that much more enjoyable. An extra shot out to Kevin he was very helpful and charming. I would absolutely recommend this business to friends and family.

We rented 2 indoor storage units for a year and a half. When we came back to move everything, I was pleasantly surprised to not find any bugs or dust on our stuff. I love how clean this facility is! Also the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They allowed us to put a Pod on the grounds for when we moved everything, which saved us thousands of dollars when it comes to moving cross country. Thank you!

Extra Space Storage has treated me very well. This is my first time renting a storage unit. The employees are friendly and very informative. I realized I chose a space that was too big and they let me down size right away. You can use their truck to move. Saved me some money and I had no trouble at all. Found a new home that would be ready for about a month and my current place had been rented out I needed to move quickly and didnt want to find an apartment for my stuff for one month. Thank God this place is half way between my new place and the old I moved my things in it was over $100 cheaper than the other storage spots in the area. Thanks guys!

Extra Space Storage is an excellent bunch of people. The space was clean and easy to access. The renting process was simple and quick. They have a truck clients can use to move in. Checking out was easy. They prorated my time so I didnt have to pay for a 3/4 of a month I didnt use. They took excellent care of me and made my move easy as pie.

Kevin is awesome. Very friendly and always willing to answer all of our questions and give assistance whenever needed. We have been so happy with the environment and property that we rented several units over the last 6 months. Super friendly people. Would definitely recommend for all your storage needs.

If you need extra storage this is a really good place. The security is good with lots of camaras. The fire systems are all top notch and new. The facility is clean and the facility is easy to get to. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The cleanest facility I have ever seen. Very efficient and polite manager. Unit I rented was exceptionally clean. Price is the best I found in this area also. Security is layered so it is top notch. Highly recommend!

Great location, great prices! I moved from a two to a one bedroom so I needed "Extra Space". Free truck rental with move in, cheap, cheap cheap rental prices, and a super clean facility.
