I needed to place my all my belongings in storage while in the process of waiting to move from one location to another. I had called local storage units, then called on Zippy. The price difference was not all that different with the exception that with a self serve storage unit you have a truck or rent one. Then you have to load it, drive it to storage place, unload it back and forth until the job is done- then repeat when you want your items back. To much aggravation!! Zippy will bring a container to your location and leave it for a couple of days for you to load, then they pick it up drive it to a secure location to store it for you. Then when you want your things back they deliver it to your new location. Easy as that!!! I highly recommend this Service!!! I dealt with a man named Todd, wow what a professional polite man. Prompt courteous price was very reasonable. Hopefully I never have to move again, but if I do. Zippy is the first call I will make.

Zippy Shell is awesome!. I have used Zippy Shell multiple times and storing multiple units. Todd is very kind, helpful, and accommodating. It is helpful if you can plan ahead for the delivery of your Zippy Shell, but Todd also went out of his way to fulfill my last minute requests for delivering a unit, and getting a second unit (when everything didnt fit into the first one). In addition, I also went to the warehouse where the "units" are stored. Very cool place. Temperature controlled, clean, all units are wrapped in plastic. Todd had my unit ready when I arrived to get a few things out of my unit. Very reasonable fees for the top quality storage. I will use Zippy again. Thanks for everything, Todd (including your military service for our Country!) Dave

Our family was preparing for a move to Seoul, Korea and we needed a storage solution. In the process of researching traditional storage options, I came across a Zippy Shell advertisement...which intrigued me. I dug a little deeper and decided to give Zippy Shell a shot. The price was right and the benefits of going with Zippy Shell were obvious to me. From the first email and phone call to the drop off and pick up of our shell (which we needed an additional day to pack) to the customer service we are receiving - has been extraordinary. We have complete faith and trust in Zippy Shell and gladly give them eight thumbs up (from our family of four)!

We had a wonderful experience with Zippy Shell. Our contact Todd could not have been more helpful, professional, courteous, and understanding. He worked around several hiccups in our schedule to pick up and deliver our shells just when we needed. We had a shell stored for several months and it arrived just as I had packed it with no damage or any other issues. They were cheaper than a pod and such a pleasure to work with. Todd even gave me a bag for us to donate non-perishable food items and said Zippy Shell would match our donation! What a kind, unexpected gesture. I could not recommend them any higher!

I used Zippy when I sold my condo in Aurora. I had my furniture and belongs in storage for a little bit less than a month while I waited for my apartment to become available. I originally request that they be re-delivered on a Friday but later found out I could move in sooner, so I changed the day to Wednesday. Todd was accommodating and to top it off he re-delivered them to me in Gurnee (which is no where near Aurora). Zippy Shell recently stored 4 containers for just under 6 months for us. In April when we loaded them Todd was great and very attentive to our needs. When the movers where getting close to the end we realized that we needed a 4th container. We called Todd and he quickly delivered the 4th. On the return Todd was able to work with our schedule and get the containers delivered and placed appropriately for the movers to get the contents in and out quickly and effectively. Todds customer service was excellent!

I used Zippy Shell while re-finishing my basement and needed to get things out of the way to complete. Todd was great and service was perfect. They dropped off the shell when they said, stored for just under a month. They were able to drop the items back to my house on short notice by me and again removed the shell when we were done. This is a great solution for what I was doing or for longer term storage. Very easy!! Pricing was also very good, I compared with several similar services.

Competitive pricing, great customer service, clean containers, very flexible scheduling!! I would highly recommend Zippy North Aurora location for any storage or moving needs. I had a situation where needed to store some and ship some as I am relocating to another state. The Zippy folks helped me decide the best option for my needs which took a lot of the stress out of it all. Awesome team and what an awesome service! I WILL be using them when I make the final move!!

Todd from Zippy Shell was awesome. We had a 4 bedroom home and needed two shells/pods to be delivered in Montgomery IL, and then dropped off at our new home in Naperville, IL. Everything went smooth. He even delayed pick-up when our closing was delayed until the next day. The shells were very clean and everything arrived as it was packed...not one thing broken! Much cheaper than Pack Rat or Pods...definitely give Todd a call before going with anyone else!

When moving out of our townhouse and into our new house that we were building we needed to find somthing to keep our stuff in for about a month until the house was finished. I googled PODS and found Zippy Shell and glad I did. The price was right and very friendly. The only problem I had was I wish the POD was just a little bigger other than that I was very pleased with everything.

Todd and the whole Zippy Shell team were fabulous. This was by far the easiest move i have ever made. We used 4 trailers and each trailer was where it was supposed to be when it was supposed to be there. Plain and simple: Fast, clean, professional, affordable and friendly. I have used Zippy Shell to move homes, and sold a house before I had one to move to. So, they kept my entire house in pristine condition for 3 months while I searched for a home to put it all in. No damage, prompt delivery, no hassle. And, they were not as expensive as the cometitors!
