This was my first storage experience - and you couldnt find better! Mike had excellent knowledge of space options and pricing. I was impressed to learn that he had been with the company for over ten years. However, I was truly amazed when he called to let me know that my locker had not been secured correctly. He noticed this when he was walking around the facility and his call came within less than 24 hours of a recent visit. Kudos to Mike for his sharpness, professionalism, and genuine concern for keeping security tight. If I ever need storage again, Metro Storage will be my only stop!

What a great storage facility! Been with them for years. Good variety of choice - various sized units, climate controlled or not. Prices are always on the low side of competitive. Ive especially appreciated the 24/7 round the clock access to my units. Other places have restricted hours. There have been times when, at 3 a.m., Ive wanted/needed to retrieve something from storage and been able to do so. Management has changed from time to time over the years - always helpful and friendly. Thank you Metro Self Storage - Batavia : )
