I used to rent another unit and showed up with bird poop all over my stuff they were not to kind about it either, infact they wanted me to manditorily add insurance that would not of helped with that issue anyhow...I started looking for a new place to store my junk, cause yes it was not worth insuring but was still my stuff. I found acl which was much closer to my house, and yes had one little problem where the roof leaked, but even with that they were very helpful, they immediately moved me into another unit, appologized, and gave me a discount on a months rent...way more than the other place did for ruining my stuff. I would recommend them as a more cost effective place to store things, and in the years i have been there not once has my unit been attempted to be broken into which was an issue at another place.

I have been renting an outside storage place at acl for a year now. Overall very happy. The price is great. I also appreciate that their is a decent amount of activity there from other tenants who rent units for their jobs since I feel it make me more comfortable. The communication from the office has been great and the app to view/pay bills and setup auto payment helped me to stop getting late notices! The isles are wide enough for a full sized truck and 30 foot trailer. Plus the parking area is large enough you can pull through usually to avoid backing up! Erik Feick.

I am a 8 year customer with a small storage space and never have had any problems or issues with the space the management or access. The staff is very polite and helpful, the facility has video security and a locked gate during off hours. Great value for space, recent paint, and also provides truck rental. Best value in the area for temporary or long term storage. I expect to continue to store at ACL for years to come.

Everybody today is November 8th 2016 do not go to this place they are very rude they stereotype and they are races I asked the person about a 24-hour unit the lady immediately started cussing me out because I dont have a unit up there and I was trying to rent a storage unit so if everybody thats going to this unit dont youre going to be real pissed

As far as uHaul services go they were very helpful. The storage on the other hand, does not have as much security as other places and a little maintenance is needed in the facilities.
