After paying for the unit I rented, I was assured that we would be able to get in, but after renting a truck and enlisting the help of movers, we got there only to find that the unit had a self storage lock on it and we couldnt get in. Because we were there after the office closed, there was absolutely nothing we could do. After speaking to the only man that works in the office (Rus) we were told the only thing that could be done was for him to send an email to someone (whom he didnt identify). After 4 days I returned to talk to Rus because I hadnt heard anything and he said that he hadnt heard anything either, while becoming extremely abrasive and condescending. I asked for the corporate number and he said "no". Russ is extremely unprofessional and frankly, incredibly rude. I would advise against storing anything at this establishment if you are looking for any sort of professionalism, customer service, or even a unit that is ready (unlocked) when they say it will be. There are plenty of other storage places in the area, find one that doesnt take advantage of you!

Russ the manager and staff at this location are very professional! We love this storage! It is clean, convenient, and has great rates for storage units of all sizes! We have not had any complaints! Plus the first month is free! The best feature in our opinion is that the storage is indoors! You can drive in any size vehicle and unload at your unit if located on the first floor, or at the lift if your unit is upstairs! We found this to be very convenient in cold or hot situations! They also have flatbed carts of plenty! We recommend this storage to all our family and friends! Keep up the good work!

Great place so close to our home! We are renting 5 units for last 4 years - prices , location and especially friendly and helpful management makes this place special! Russ is always ready to help us with anything - hes really friendly and cool person ! Definitely will recommend to all of my friends and family .

Easy to access indoor storage, Im upstairs and the elevators are easy to move large items up and down, unlike some places, loading and unloading in winter is easy here. Lots of options for sizes and acess from 6am til 10pm. Office staff is accommodating and well supplied with moving materials.

We purchased lots and lots boxes from this location for our move recently. After completing the move etc. we had an entire unopened pack of the large boxes they sell. I went and asked if they would please refund them and they flatly refused. So much for customer service. Buyer beware!

Close to home and the prices are right in line with all other storage facilities. And I dont know what kind of bad day the one star rater had, but I find Russ completely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Easy to deal with and very helpful

Janet went the extra mile by staying late to get us checked in. It took longer to sign up for google reviews than it did to rent a locker. The restroom is simply a disgrace however!
