the customer service at this location is great. Shawn has gone out of his way to keep my rental unit locked in while at the same time, saving me $ (because i wasnt ready to move in immediately). i believe other self-storage places would not have accommodated me. so, i am a happy camper. Shawn & Dave are very friendly. this place is better than my current self-storage place because it is climate controlled (i dont have to freeze in the winter or sweat during the hot summer) & the customer service by Shawn & Dave at uncle bobs storage is much better than my current self-storage place (u would not believe the attitude problems of some of the employees at my current place) & my units at uncle bobs are lighted much better than my current location. oh yah, my current location, i had 2 different units that had water seepage (either from the roof or under the door seepage). so u dont think that im not being objective, the one negative about this location is that it does not have 24/7 access as compared to my current location. hopefully corporate will change this policy in the future,because many people have different sleep schedules than others. i highly recommend this uncle bobs location. im looking forward to moving in soon.

Customer Service: Dave was super helpful. I kept changing the amount of units I would need, and he was really flexible. Despite the fact that he was working 6-7 days a week while I was a customer (I know because I saw him every time I went), he was still very kind and cooperative. Value: I got a great deal with Uncle Bobs. I rented my units at the end of August, and they were prorated so I wasnt paying for what I hadnt used. Furthermore, there was a great deal where September was free. I ended up moving out by the end of September so all I paid for was those few days at the end of September. There are a few additional fees, but theyre not huge: 1) Theres an admin fee, which I only had to pay once despite coming back and renting additional units later on. 2) Theres an insurance fee, which you dont have to pay if you have renters insurance. 3) You have to buy a lock if you dont already have one, but I brought my own and didnt have to pay.

The manager and staff seem helpful at first but then once they realized my friend Carrie was handicapped and that they could take advantage of her they tried as hard as I could to not facilitate me paying her bill and helping her and made it impossible for me to pay the bill and thereby she lost everything she owned they knew she had some expensive stuff in there and thats why they did it. This girl is mentally handicapped she lost everything that she owned because of this horrible company and she can never get it back its not like she can go to work again and earn all that stuff back shes in a mental facility that was it that was her one chance at having stuff for the rest of her life and these people made sure she lost everything. Scumbags.

Great place for storage. They have heat on during the winter. If your unit is on yhe 1st floor you can drive right in and stay warm. They prices are very affordable and the staff, especially, David the manager will help you and put your needs as a priority. You leave feeling this is a business where customers matter. Tip: if you are visiting for the first time, call ahead and they will arrange parking for you. As Aurora converts one-way streets to two-way streets, you can see that the City didnt give much thought to businesses requirements. Uncle Bobs will help you with parking.

Elevator is too small. WAY too small. Elevator and rear entrance are frequently inoperable. Neither of the drive-in entrances/exits can fit a large moving truck, which means youll have to park that 12ft moving truck outside and use carts. Staff is courteous and helpful, location is great, building is well heated and well maintained. Carts are large and durable (when available).

Great place to store vehicles or any belonging! Sean ODonnel is very professional and helpful. Ive been storing here for 3+ years and have never had any issues. Though the sun has set on my time storing at Life Storage I would certainly suggest anyone to store their belongings here and if the need arises Id store here again. 5 stars well deserved!

I would definitely recommend Uncle Bobs these guys were courteous and helpful. Prices were affordable and Dave was helpful all the way to the end of the customer service experience. Uncle Bobs has affordable pricing, explained all policies and definitely let me know the proper space to rent for my needs. If youre moving try Uncle Bobs.

Its indoors in the winter your not getting cold and when it rains you wont get wet.you take your car inside.they even have carts to put your things on instead of carrying one box at a time. Great place
