I agree with the other reviews about Aggie (Augustina). She is cheerful, helpful, gives good advice about how to pack the storage unit, and goes above and beyond to correct any administrative errors. Also, everything is neat and clean. The reason this is a 2 is because someone by the name of Chris changed the online reservation I made. I reserved a 10X10 outside unit with drive-up access, and did the express check-in online. When a reservation is done online there is a cost savings. When I arrived to continue the move-in process, my reservation was changed to the same size unit on the first floor. This is not OK....my husband and I do not want to trek down a hallway! Aggie was very confused about the whole thing because the change had the same confirmation number. Fortunately, I printed the reservation from my email after I completed it so it was time stamped. After Aggie made several phone calls, this error was resolved, and I have the drive-up access unit I reserved. Thank you Aggie! So, to be able to reserve online and do express check-in, I had to create an account with a log-in and password. Given that the changed reservation had the same confirmation code, does this Chris person have an admin code, and/or are log-ins secure? This is a concern. For sure I will not be setting up automatic payments, and I am a bit leery about paying online. Fortunately, we only need to store things for a little while. I believe I will go to the office on the first of the month and pay cash for now.

The location and people are great. My problem is with the corporation and customer service. I specifically asked if my rate was an introductory rate. I was told that it was not and decided to rent from them. Shortly after I moved my belongings in my rate jumped 22%. I called customer service who told me I should have read page 4 of my contract. They stated that the rate could change based on their costs. I said I can understand that and asked if their costs went up 22%. No answer was given. I asked for consideration and received another callous answer. This leads me to believe that the offer of a low rate was to just get me in the door placing me at the mercy of Public Storage. I am asking that my rate be brought closer to the rate that was quoted or my belongings moved at Public Storage expense.

I had a great experience with Chris today. While I was in line to buy boxes the customer behind me became very rude and belligerent. Chris immediately handled the situation leaving both of us very happy and the situation diffused. After that he proved himself knowledgeable concise courteous and friendly in helping me find the right sizes and the correct boxes for my familys needs. I was just going in to buy boxes and a lock for a move but will now be coming back to get a storage unit as we are downgrading in size. Thank you for the continued commitment to customer service.

Wonderful and friendly staff. Recently inquired about downsizing my storage unit and Agustina came out and looked at what was currently stored and made suggestions to downsize appropriately and save me money. A little difficult to maneuver a large truck into and out of as you are limited by a couple of sharp turns. Exiting out onto route 38 can be difficult due to right turn only and limited visibility.

My employer pays 40k+ for great customer service bur none of them are as nice, friendly and helpful as Agustina. Im always greeted with a smile when I stop by and she is also very knowledgeable about their services. The grounds are well kept and the units were clean. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a great storage experience.

Samantha is very rude very unprofessional on her be half, spoken with her on the phone several times, She is disrespectful on how she talk to customers on the phone very ignorant very sarcastic and a very ignorant way I rather not go to that location when shes there only when Aggies there! The gentleman, Chris, was exceptionally helpful to me during my visit. He was expedient and professional while helping me set up my transaction. Best customer service ever! Agustina is wonderful to work with and very customer oriented. She is the reason I have 2 spaces at this facility. When I was looking for a space for my business, no one else was as efficient, helpful and informative. This made the decision to come here not once, but twice, very easy.

Nothing but good things to say about this location. I have been here for 3 years with no issues or complaints. Units are waterproof and access is convenient. I would recommend this location and advise you to ask for Agustina, she made the renting process very easy.
