This is the public storage in Bolingbrook il. In brook court the mananger is name Ashley. She is such a wonderful smart young lady who not only cares for her tenants but she treat people so nice. I hope this company keep her cause this company already lost a great manager name Pat at this same location. Now they have another great lady name Ashley. Give her a raise she is a keeper and a great hire. Ashley answers all the questions I had she was also so very helpful. And she is very pleasant to look at and talk to.

I frequently need excess storage for my business and decided to check out the Public Storage units in Aurora, IL. Sharon, the manager, was just great in helping me determine the best unit for my needs without attempting to push the "most expensive" unit, which I ran into at other storage sites. I can only hope that Public Storage realizes the value of managers with great customer service. I was made to feel that my best interests were Sharons number one priority. Thank you!

The units are great. Sharon is nice and personable. They were great when we were moving and had no place to put our extra stuff that would not fit into garage. The only complaint that I have is that we were suppose to get the first month for $1 and that didnt happen. We paid $60+ for first month and $40+ for the next month. Other than that, this place is very nice. I would rent from them again if needed.

Great Customer Service! I have been renting 4 spots for 2 years and Sharon takes care of everything I need! Pricing keeps going up every 6months but I guess corporate dictates that. Everyone at this facility is so helpful for whatever I need, just wish the corporate management would see that! Expecally then lights are out, or the fence stays 24/7 because they are too cheap to fix it right away (Safely).

Sharon, the manager is a star and very helpful. We needed to rent storage for our vehicles last minute; I mean, we had a couple of hours to find a place. I was frazzled and anxious to find somewhere to store my cars that was close to home and safe. She eased my concerns, explained the process and got me in and out; easy breezy. Sharon is personable and knowledgeable. I would recommend this facility.

Sharon was great - always kept me up to date on if I had a fee and let me know ahead of time so I could be timely was friendly and the place was always clean and organized. Even let me know when there were specials in case I needed to get a different sized unit. She was great and I have used storage unit facilities before. She would make me come back to this one. Great customer service, Sharon is more then willing to help out with all your needs, clean location, great facilities to store your belongings, could use a discount on the pricing but prices go up as we all know, otherwise very satisfied would highly recommend to friends and family, thank you Sharon for all your assistance!!!

Excellent experience with Sharon. Unit and property was clean and easy to access. Just make sure to bring your own heavy duty round lock and check your homeowners/renters insurance policy that it covers rental units as these things are overpriced here.

The place is super clean and the temperature controlled storage is a great deal compared with other companies. Plus it seems like they actually try to keep the temperature controlled, unlike other places Ive looked at. And Sharon is really nice!

Wow, this was easy! I reserved a storage area online, within minutes, received a phone call to verify, drove to the office and Sharon took care of everything. The storage area is clean and the grounds are very secure.
