Having to get a storage unit for items that were not taken in my move, which is stressful in itself, can be a process. How do you know where to go? What kind of unit do I need? How do I know which size I need? So many stressful questions that I did not have answers to before showing up at Public Storage. This location was not only prime location for me and my fiancé, but it was so clean and big, and very easy to access. Not only within the building but from where we were coming from and where we go on a regular basis. When we got there, Angela was beyond helpful. Explained everything perfectly which helped me feel better about this process but she was very social with us. Definitely joked around with us making us feel comfortable and gave us a very helpful tour. Especially when you walk in the door and you cant remember which way you need to go to get to your unit. I would most definitely recommend this location and Angela as the assist for finding the right storage unit for anyone. Thank you for all of your help in this process Angela!!!

I had to move out even before I completely moved in - because I didnt like their system for cart use. They have three carts that are chained and locked. To get the key, you enter the office and present your drivers license. When you are done, you return the key to the office and get your license back. There is only one person working the office and that person takes a half hour meal break, shows units to new clients, helps people outside the office, etc. The first time I needed a cart, I waited 10 minutes for a key. The second time there was a 25 minute wait. Thats when I knew this was not going to work for me. I moved to a new storage place and have not had this problem, as they do not lock up their carts. If you bring your own hand cart, you can alleviate this problem but if you cant, prepare yourself for a likely wait.

Samantha is a joy to work with: I have so many positive things to remark about her and my hassle-free experience with this PS location, I must contain it to the relevant ones for this review. The rental transaction was flawless and efficient, with Samantha taking me through the lease paperwork, insurance details, and daily operations with ease and accuracy. She spent time ensuring the unit I had reserved would be the right size for the items I would be storing, and was very helpful in reminding me of things I may forget over time (how the lights turn on, how to navigate the hallways, etc). She smiled the moment I met her, and maintained it throughout the transaction. Im glad I selected this location to temporarily store my things as I await the vacancy of my rental property! So much to say!! I have never written a review but this time I just had to! Well let me start off by saying Paula and Angela are PHENOMENAL. She they were very helpful, friendly, understanding and thoughtful the whole time i was there. They both gave me a tour of the different spaces that met my needs, and gave various tips on storing a vehicle. They actually cared for my things and did not treat me like just another customer storing away his things. I felt very appreciated. At the end of the day, it was because of them that this place got my business. People like Paula and Angela who put that much care and effort in their job should be appreciated and acknowledged.

From the initial phone inquiry where a bright business savvy rep suggested the wonderful Memorial Day Sale (which I did for a great deal!) to the friendly, helpful and engaging staff A+ experience. Everyone I interacted with knew their stuff and were able to expertly communicate my options and their available solutions. Paula & Angela were tops. Katrina was a star! When I walked into public storage I saw 2 big smiles welcoming me in. Ive never been to such a great facility. Paula and Angela helped me right away when they realized I came to the wrong facility. I came to meet up with a cousin of mine but I was actually happy with what I came to! I continued to ask questions about public storage and renting a unit (because I realized how neat and clean the place was) and they gave me all of the answers I needed. Im actually thinking about coming back and renting from you guys. Thank you a great experience!

I store my antique convertible here during the winter. The facility is conveniently located just off I-90, very secure with 24-hour security cameras, lighting and perimeter fencing. The units are exceptionally clean and the office new, well-lit, well organized and stocked with just about any item you may need to purchase. The best part of all is the professional staff. Samantha assisted me during my check in and she was well organized, knowledgeable, personable and professional. I highly recommend this facility.

This Location seems to have better rates & availability then some of the other locations. Paula was extremely helpful in help us to upgrade to a bigger storage. She took time to explain everything to us & answered all our Questions. She was even able to get us a bigger storage for less money then we were paying before for the small unit. INCREDIBLE!!! She exceed our expectations & i hope she gets rewarded for her great Customer service sooner rather then later!!! Thanks Paula!!

I went into this facility to buy some boxes and packing material to send dishes to my daughter. The front office was very clean and the products was displayed for easy access. I was immediately greeted with a smile which I do find rare these days. Samantha was very friendly, professional and helpful. I found all the material I needed and was in and out quickly. My grandmother needed storage without any notice so we came to this location because it was so close to her home. Paula at the front desk made a very stressful situation go as smooth as possible. Its nice to see a company as big as public storage have someone with such great customer service skills working for them. I will be recommending anyone that needs storage to go see Paula. Went in this afternoon and was help by Paula, wonderful lady! Very helpful answering any and all of our questions, no hassle or rushing us. She knew I had clients at starting at 2:30 and got us in and out, but made sure we had our questions answered, showed us our space, everything was clean and she also went over all concerns we had. Happy we chose this spot and are dealing with wonderful and fun people!

I love the way I was received, in the most awesome and respectful and understanding way.., the manager ANGELA is by far one of the best Ive ever had.!!. I did not have any trouble with anything and helped me out choose the right unit I was looking for at the price I was expecting. I already recommended plenty of people...
