To the CubeSmart Management Team, I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service provided by Mark Jones at your CubeSmart location in Streamwood, Illinois (1089 East Avenue). I have been a customer at this location since April 2014. Mark always greets everyone with a smile and seems to know each of his customers. Whenever I have questions he answers them in a friendly and professional manner. In addition, when I lose track of time, he calls with a reminder. Customer service is extremely important to me. Great service makes your customers feel that you truly care about long-term relationships with your clientele, which is greatly appreciated. I really commend the prompt and friendly service provided by Mark. I would recommend your company (this location in particular) to anyone who has storage needs.

I had a wonderful experience there with a lady named Ms Deitra she was very helpful very accurate and convinced me that here at cubesmart my items I put in storage will be protected and secure at all times she had wonderful customer service and I will recommend anyone who wants to store goods or jus looking for shelter to store items I recommend you to come out and visit Ms Deitra at streamwood location by far best customer service Ive gotten in a while and I know for sure me and my wife items are safe thank you Deitra nice and clean location ~Ramirez

I made reservation late night on a Saturday and was undecided on the actual size that I would need. Sunday morning I went in and Mark was very gracious and let me see multiple units so that I could determine the size of the unit that I would need. He was extremely helpful and accommodating to change things at the last minute. The facilities are very clean and much better prices then others in the area.

Mark J. is highly professional, always willing to help with situations, and as friendly as anyone could ask for. Great place to store my bike! Ive been storing my bike there for a year now. Always friendly customer service and whenever I need their help, theyre there for me. Theyll even let me have 24hr access when Ill need it for a day or two, free of charge. Overall great experience, no issues whatsoever.

I called like 4 places before CubeSmart. and it was the only one with reasonable prices in the area. The day i went to get my unit the gentlemen,Mark Jones, that helped me was very nice and friendly and didnt hassle on being patient with my decisions. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE RECEIVED
