Kathy S. is an awesome contact on behalf of public storage whether she is showing a future customer, taking payments and phone calls. She is a great representative and you can tell she cares about Public Storage as well as her customers. She has always been very professional, is a good listener as well as handles herself very well when welcoming customers at the site. In all the various storage facilities on behalf of Public Storage, she is definitely someone I would recommend for any customer representative position. I am so very glad she is at the Arlington Heights facility where I now have all my belongings at rather than two or three different locations. She also pays attention to detail. First time storage rental for me. Kathy, the site manager couldnt have been more helpful. She was happy to answer all my questions and show me the various units. Kathy was very helpful in helping me determine which size unit was best for my needs at this time. She was so prepared while showing me the particular unit I was interested in viewing. Cathy brought along the plastic covering for the floors and the storage unit locks! She was a little ahead of me on that one. Good Sales gal, well prepared, informed and very gracious. Public Storage on University Dr. in Arlington Heights is the friendliest place to rent a storage unit. Kathy the manager was very Friendly. When I booked a unit online she called us right away. We scheduled to look at a unit and Kathy was waiting for us when we got to Public Storage. Kathy was patient when we asked her a lot of questions about the different units and packing supplies they had for sale. Kathy was very patient in showing us a unit. I would highly recommend renting from this Public Storage if anyone ever needs a storage unit.

This was my first time renting public storage. Kathy in the Arlington Heights office made it so easy. She is friendly, knowledgeable, patient and really cares. Unfortunately her location did not have the size unit I needed, so she called around and found availability at the Palatine location, then she forwarded my information to them so I didnt have start from scratch. Brenda in the Palatine office is terrific also. Ive never written a review before, but these two ladies deserve recognition. Thank you-Thank you-Thank you!

I went to this location to get some information on storing my goods. The manager, Kathy, was very knowledgeable and helpful with helping me understand what all of the sizes mean. I have a house with 7 rooms that I might need to put into storage because I might have to relocate for a new job. Based on her recommendation, I will need a 10x30 unit to put all my belongings in. I feel a lot more knowledgeable after having visited this location. The property was clean and presentable and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Ive used this location in arlington heights off and on over the last 10 years and Kathy has been there every step of the way. Shes always helpful, keeps an organized, clean office and knows every option her customers need to make the best choice for their family. I am amazed that Public Storage has been able to retain such a great employee in this day and age...you must be doing something right and hopefully youre rewarding Kathy for the value she clearly brings to your operation here. Been very happy so far (am in my first month with them). The initial set up went smoothly--even though I ignored their request to set up an appointment time for my first visit. Front desk clerk (Kathy, I think) was friendly and informative. Lockers are clean and reasonably lit. The whole place feels safe. There are two elevators, so we were able to park near our 3rd floor locker and access it easily. Also, parking at mid-building is covered so we can load/unload without worrying about rain.

Descent place got an incredible deal by reserving a unit online!!! Place has well kept amenities such as working keypad gate nice big elevator and plenty of unit types to choose from. The only thing better than the convenience is the help from Kathy! She was very helpful and offered me great advice about storing my items and explaining every detail from entering and exiting to signing the lease and insurance paperwork. Thanks Kathy Im very comfortable with my storage choice!!

I have been dealing with public storage for almost a decade . I have never been more satisfied with the service and staff at 20 e university dr. Kathy , the property manager , is beyond professional. Her patience and kindness makes dealing with billing issues or contract questions a pleasure. She is always full of energy and is a delite to work with. There has not been an issue that Kathy hasnt been able to handle. I look forward to many more months at public storage

I frequent this location regularly ive never had a problem before but I must say there is a wonderful employee there at the location on University Drive. Her name is Hattie and she is a absolute angel and it was a pleasure to work with her. She went above and beyond when helping me to get my things situated into the locker I rented. I would give her 6 stars if I could. Once again if you visit this location make sure you talk to hattie she knows the place inside out.

Kathy and Joe helped me out sooo much when I was first coming in to rent a unit. All other places I called had inconvenient hours, and Kathy and Joe agreed to stay a little late until I was able to make it in. We got the unit all set up and ready to go very quickly, and it was a painless process. The 2 representatives were so helpful and accommodating, and customer service like that goes a long way.

Kathy, posses exceptional knowledge of proceedures and policy. Public storage has a cheerleader with Kathy; she is always cheerful and upbeat. p.s. this sight is clean,well lighted, and the elevators and stairwells seemed swept on a regular basis.

The facility has been well maintained and well managed and the units are clean and dry. Recently I needed a unit, and was very glad to see that Kathy Schwarz is still the manager.
