One star is too high of a rating for this facility. ABC and its sister facility, Lake County Storage, have the most unprofessional managers on site. When I ask to speak to the owner, RJ, I am told he doesnt have time for complaints. Really? He has time to accept my money, but not my feedback. Moving out this week.

THE MANAGER JO ANN WAS THE MOST HELPFUL IN SAVING US MONEY BY FINDING THE RIGHT SIZE LOCKER TO STORE OUR HOUSEHOLD BELONGINGS . SOME UNITS ARE EVEN 12 FEET TALL SO WE COULD PUT A LOT INTO IT, ALSO THE FACILITY IS VERY CLEAN AND EASY TO FIND OFF OF RT 134 AND PORTER ROAD BY THE RAILROAD CROSSING !!!!!!

This location was very clean. The manager was very helpful. As I was moving in the area and need a storage some items. She made my move in very easy. I saw that she rented U-Haul truck also. If you need more room in house and want to storage place go to ABC in Round Lake Park.

We rented a uhaul truck here, and everything went well. The woman at the front was very nice and let us wait in the office after returning the truck wh8le we were waiting to be picked up. All in all good experience.

This company went above and beyond to help us in an incredibly hectic move. I thought we needed a storage unit, then we needed a second unit, after hours! Dont know what we would have done without their help.

Ive rented here many times, always a great experience! The manager is always so pleasant and the property is nice and paved. They also rent Uhaul trucks too which is so convenient when moving in and out.

Im very upset with this place my things I kept in storage were all ruined with mold and the owners did nothing about it and they said it wasnt there responsibility
