I would highly recommend not renting from this storage facility. The management (Zena) is awful. When we first moved our stuff in on 5/29 we found a one month FREE internet special. At first Zena, the manager, was unwilling to honor this price because we came into the facility and I didnt sign up for the internet special. Only after a much heated debate and a call to corporate did she finally agree to honor the price...not cool...that should have been our first sign. We rented for a month and were planning on moving out on 7/31. We were informed by the management staff that if we move out by the 1st of the month we would not be charged for another full months rent. This was a complete lie! They charged us another full months rent and were unwilling to prorate any of the charges when we moved out on 7/31. Basically they were trying to scam us for another full months rent. Now I have to deal with corporate to get this issue resolved. What a pain! Trust me you dont need the aggravation with these people. Plus, a 5x10 unit is way overpriced at $185. There are much better deals within the area at a cheaper rate. Avoid this place. Thanks.

When you call their number the first thing you hear is how great of customer service they provide. Do NOT believe it - at least at this location. The Manager Zena couldnt try harder to be unhelpful - she was miserable and would do absolutely nothing to help. When pressed with how to handle the situation, which was a simple request to allow me to unload a couple of items from my moving truck to gain access to my identification, she refused and told me to find another storage location. Which I gladly did. Poorest customer service I have ever encountered.

Zena was extremely helpful and continues to be in finding me best spot for my travel trailer. Since I am in the process of purchasing a larger trailer I need a larger space. They offer the best customer service I have found at a storage facility.
