I have been playing the storage game for six years all over Lake County. I have seen it all. Or thought I had, till Life Storage of Libertyville. Its really totally clean, Doors that work, Clean, you load and unload indoors under the watchful eyes of many cameras, safe without any creepy clientele, clean bathrooms, real climate control set to a comfortable to work in temperature, decent muzak, did I say clean? No mold!! And for any newbie reading this, mold is a major issue. When someone stores their basement flooded stuff near your unit, your stuff has to be thrown out too. Mold spores spread. The GM here is present, glad to be there, and prideful of the storage paradise he had created. I get the impression that no one is going to take that away from him. And that is an umbrella I want my stuff under.

Excellent service: Melissa and Gus are knowledgeable, smart and just plain old sensible people who happen to be a pleasure to interact with them. Priceless! Great facility: 1. super clean and well maintained 2. Safe and secure - cameras work, staff there 6 days a week checking on units, gate works. 3. Extra high ceilings allows a lot more storage space If u use the storage for business 3. Bathroom and water on-site at office - a big time saver 4. Easy access for deliveries and pickups 5. I dont have to be there for deliveries! 6. Paved access to storage units Should check this place out before renting a storage unit, if only to know what a good storage location should look like.

I stopped by Life Storage of Libertyville today and was very impressed with the facilities, prices and staff. The manager was very helpful and knew exactly how their facility could help a small business. The facility is close to downtown Libertyville and provides an excellent place for business. I use a 10x10 storage area to process shipments. UPS, FedEx and the USPS have easy pickup service. I really like the motion sensor lights - no dark hallways. And the climate controlled facility makes moving boxes from my truck to the locker or from my locker to ship easy. If you need a semi loaded, they have two bays available to use.

I am getting married and combining life and possessions with a new household. As a result, I need efficient storage that I can access whenever I need it. Life Storage has been the place for me. The people that work there are knowledgable and accommodating on every level. The lead manager left an extra storage space open just in case our initial purchase wasnt enough space. Truly above and beyond the call of duty. I also love that you can bring your vehicle inside of a secured location. This place is the best and I would recommend it to anyone!

We heard many positive comments about LifeStorage and when we went to the site, we found all the comments were right on. The man at the desk was so helpful and patient with giving the information and pricing. The nice thing is that we could drive inside right to the elevators and get our boxes up to 2nd floor with ease. The carts they provided were more than adequate. Clean, bright, and easy to use. We are totally satisfied with the unit and will highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to store their things.

Be careful in any dealings you may have with management at the Libertyville location. Get every detail of your transaction in writing. Anticipate that your rent is going up considerably when you renew. Keep detailed notes of any conversations. I would recommend negotiating some sort of cap or multi year agreement if you anticipate more than short term storage. Facilities are clean and nice, but I am not sure based on my lease renewal experience that I would ever chose to do business with them again.

This is a well managed facility. It is clean and convenient. As commercial tenant I value their services that help me out immensely as I am on the road a lot. Marc and Barb are awesome individuals that treat their customers with a high level of customer service and respect. I have rented from this place since 2011 and it has been the best place ever, considering I have rented from similar places. The extra touches they provide really make a difference.

the libertyville life storage location is the cleanest amongst the competitors in the area. theres nothing better than indoor storage where you can drive your car/truck right in and unload without having to worry about the rain or snow (which we get a lot of). my fiance particularly likes the complimentary brewed starbucks coffee. the service is great and the convenience is even better. best place to go if youre looking for storage in the area!

This is the best storage facility I found when reviewing alternatives to store household goods and furniture. The facility is very neat and clean, convenient with drive in capability, and the staff are all extremely friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this facility for personal use and they also seem to have excellent services for small businesses. Check it out as its also the best value around.

I rented last weekend, the place was very clean-with a nice girl at the desk. This is a nice option for storing since you can drive indoors right up to the units. Hopefully it will help me sort through and get rid of some things. It is near my small place in downtown Libertyville-and gives me some extra space to get things squared away. I would suggest checking them out.

Life Storage office suites are great especially the price per month you cannot beat it. They include all utilities and internet as well as supply desks in each suite. I would recommend anyone that needs a small private office to definitely check it out. Also, the staff is extremely nice and helpful in anyway they can be.

I had to move out of the country and needed a storage unit close to my parents. After doing some searching, Life Storage in Libertyville was hands down the best choice. Not only was the manager on duty at the time wonderful but the amenities are extremely clean and secure. I would definitely recommend them.

The online reservation process, including how to determine the right storage unit size, was incredibly easy and fast. In the office, Barb was professional and helpful. The facility is spotless and the move-in process was a breeze for my movers. Overall, a great customer experience.

Very clean, safe and secure. Employees are friendly and professional. Monthly rate isnt bad if you get in on a special. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone who want something a "cut above" the usual storage place. Free Starbucks, too!!

This is the best storage in the burbs. recently moved out of other area facility and was shopping around. LifeStorage is clean, well lit, the staff is friendly - everything you want in a storage facility. Cant beat the value either!
