This CubeSmart team is amazing (Tatianna, June, Maria)! They are so incredibly attentive, accommodating, friendly, and all-around great at what they do. I run an e-commerce company and have used this facility to stage/store inventory until its outgoing shipment. They were there to ensure the safe arrival of many large incoming shipments on my behalf and cant thank them enough for all theyve done. By far, the best storage facility in Joliet and the surrounding area. Keep up the great work and fantastic service!

First time renting an storage unit. Brian (manager) who assisted us was great to deal with. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is well kept and has plenty of options for your storage needs. We looked at many places and none compare to Cube Smart. Pricing we found to be cheaper than ones we looked at. Superior security for entering the facility to store your belongings. Definitely recommend Cube Smart for your storage needs.

I had never rented a storage unit before so I didnt know what to expect, but Maria was very helpful and courteous. She explained everything and I was surprised at how clean everything was. She even gave me more tips when I made a second trip to the unit the next day. I would certainly recommend Cube Smart. Their prices were the best I could find after comparing four different places.

Went back in today (Monday) to upgrade to a bigger unit. Ran into a problem, but it was handled by a very diligent, professional young lady. She stayed on it until every issue was resolved, even missing lunch. Thats dedication, kudos. Good customer service, good prices, too.

Great customer service and very friendly. Took care of our storage needs quickly. Clean storage units and climate controlled. Price for storage was very affordable. Truck usage, we decided to rent with Uhaul since Cube Smart only offers 4 hours, we needed two days :-)
