Very unimpressed. I called for an appointment and after going through many details to book an appointment on "Monday", was told that it wasnt for the following Monday but for Monday, May 5. During this phone conversation, I made it clear which week my move needed to be. Appointment was made for Monday, May 5 after all that and I was given name of moving consultant and phone number. When no one showed up within 30 minutes of the time, I called and was told they couldnt find me in their system even though my appointment with Christine **** had been scheduled. I told them it was important I see someone soon since I had to schedule my move. Arrangements were made for the consultant to come later that afternoon but, when she arrived, was told that they had no openings for the week I needed. Im happy to move on to one of my other choices -- if they are this bad at scheduling, Id hate to see how they pack and move.

Moved from IL to MI. The movers themselves seemed professional. Was charged for a Chicago move permit that was never tendered (later refunded), also my goods arrived a week late. Several items were damaged, including a book case that was completely destroyed. Graebel refuses to honor the claim. Would never use again...
