Terrible customer service; ignored emails ; BEFORE booking move!... First Class Moving and Storage not so "First Class"! Donny N., our "consultant", came over and gave a quote on Mar 7. After that I sent a couple emails with questions and got no response from him. I called the front desk and got answers to some of my questions. (Had the front desk people mentioned he was away, or sick, etc, I would understand, but they didnt). Early this week, nearing getting ready to book the move, I sent him another email and mentioned I dont know why the ones from last week werent responded to, but I have a few other questions before booking the move with them. There was also no response to this email. If they ignore emails BEFORE you book a move, imagine the support after if you have an issue! Today I finally received an email from Donny that said simply they are unable to conduct our move and hes sorry? Extremely unprofessional to ignore a potential customers emails then say they cant conduct the move. No reason was given. The Emails had questions such as asking if there is a contract required, can items be stored and cost, etc. Nothing unusual. Stay away! PS: The below review from Donny Nussbaum is in fact the "sales rep" referenced above . Note the "ethics" here... A sales rep posted a review to look like a customer who used them and gave 5 stars. Horrible company!

If this company is in your area, just call them. We had an amazing experience! Put two truckloads of our furnishings, clothing and personal items into storage, and moved some furniture into a rental apartment for a year long home remodel project. Packing/unpacking plus in and out of storage plus the split temporary living location all went amazingly well. They gave an extremely accurate estimate of charges, did much more unloading of boxes than expected and worked at an amazing pace. This is not a fake post - I am just a very happy customer!
