I was shocked by the experience that I had from two men and a truck. I had a window of delivery from 12-2 and the office staff never bothered to let me know that they were going to be late. They did not even call or communicate. My wife (after 8 hours of waiting for them) was talked to rudely and was told "we are moving tonight, chill out...your husband said it was okay"...when I never said that at all. The delivery guys were highly understaffed. Instead of two men and a truck, I had one person show up. He was great and had a good attitude. I however had to help him move for the first 3 hours till a couple more people turned up to help. It is disgusting how 2 men and a truck treat their employees and their customers. I will never recommend or use you again. Guaranteed.

Two Men and a Truck in Des Plaines, IL was a great company to work with. Scheduling was easy and flexible for us. Alicia asked all the right questions about what we needed, when, and answered any doubts I had regarding a possible last-minute cancellation. Our "two men" did a fantastic job. They called when they were able to come earlier than anticipated and finished our 5.5 hr job in under 4 hours, saving us hundreds of dollars. We were very pleased with the care they took in handling our belongings in the rain. They painstakingly padded and saran-wrapped each item while it was raining. Moves and packing are never fun, but Isaac R and Justin K. were professional, prompt and efficient during the moving process. This was an in house move of large bulky furniture and they were excellent. Fabulous service and "Two Men and a Truck" will always be recommended and used when I have other items to be moved in the house. Call "Two Men" and let professionals do the work! I used this location of this company for my last move and was reasonably happy. I had an odd situation (stops at two storage units) so I didnt hold it against them that I ran over time by an hour. When I contacted them to confirm their current pricing, however, they wanted a laundry list of information before theyd give me a rough idea of the rate. I can only assume they price discriminate so Im going to use someone with transparent pricing.

Fair rates comparable to other professional moving companies with dependable service. Just make sure to ask questions and be straight forward with what your moving because I have experienced a longer move in the past from my fault of not explaining everything. Second time went smooth and was a great experience. They are involved with the community which I like a lot and chose to use again.

IT IS SCARY TO THINK OF PACKING AND MOVING,BUT TWO MEN AND A TRUCK TOOK AWAY THE FEAR. JAN AND CHRIS ARRIVED ON TIME AND WENT TO WORK , WORKING QUICKLY BUT WITH OBVIOUS CONCERN FOR OUR BELONGINGS WHICH INCLUDED SEVERAL ANTIQUE PIECES MADE BY MY WIFES GRANDFATHER. Please DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE … They tell you what you want to hear. They make promises on what time they will be at your home, dont show up, then put you hold, tell you they are going to connect you to a supervisor, and then send you to their voice mail and never return your calls.

We were very pleased and impressed with the service and professionalism of the guys who moved us. Danny and his crew were fast, effecient, polite, and there wasnt a scratch on either my furniture or my walls. We would definitely use them again and we highly recommend them.

Just great - Used them twice - once for a work/office move and once for a personal move. Both times they showed early, finished ahead of schedule and were very nice/respectful of my things. I recommend them every chance I get.

Dennis was my contact on the phone. He was amazing. The two guys that came to help us unload our truck were very courteous and fast. A packed 10 u-haul truck was unloaded in an hour. Would definitely recommend again!
