Customer service with the company was great. They were transparent, efficient and quick. I scheduled two days out. Joe W. and Yuri were great, very professional. We had a lot of very fragile items, something extremely heavy and several awkward items, and none of it was a problem. The only thing I would like to have changed would be the charges for travel, since no one can control traffic.

These people are not very experienced they higher teenage kids they dont even know how to load a truck Ill tell them how to do it its high and tight they charge you for time in mileage to go to your location and then they charge you for time in mileage to go to the next location so in my opinion this is not a honest moving company
