I would give them zero stars if I could. These people are the biggest rip off around. Bait and switch. Never use this company! I was quoted 3 different amounts (ranging from about $700 up to about $1100) and then charged 3 times the original amount (over $2200) when the movers were done. When I received the original estimate, I explained to them what I had and that I wanted them to come and do a visual and they wouldnt do it. When the movers came they ended up raising the estimate and it was still 2 times as expensive as what they said. Then they told me I would not get my belongings until I paid in full. This is ridiculous and not a way to conduct any sort of business. I spoke with one of the owners (Chris) and he told me that if they would have gave me a lower estimate I would have went with someone else. I told them I went with them because of the BBB rating they had, not because they were the cheapest, because they were actually not the cheapest. Complained to BBB and the process took over 2 months and then Brothers Relocation say they will go to arbitration with me, but that costs even more money $300 out of my pocket. How ridiculous. Again, never use this company - they are a rip off and what they are doing should be considered illegal.

I am so incredibly blown away by the services provided by Brothers Relocation! Dan, Mike and Todd came earlier than scheduled, evaluated the situation and went right to work! They communicated professionally to each other and worked methodically to Tetris all our belongings into the truck. All three movers were so friendly and kind -- sharing mint chocolates with us, telling us about their dogs, their DJing days, their life work. I was especially impressed with the many techniques they had to move heavy items, ie: throwing it on their backs! Simply amazing! Our very expensive dining table was deeply scratched up, but they were immediately remorseful and explained the claim process step-by-step. I am very very impressed with this company, especially for the price (lowest Ive found) and would recommend them to anyone looking for professional, friendly movers!

Brothers Relocation Services, was great to work with! I had book my move with another moving company and was called by them the day of to let me know they wouldnt be coming for my move. They referred me to Brothers Relocation Services. I wasnt sure I should trust them since they just left me the day of my move with NO MOVERS. I checked online and saw 4.8 stars and quickly called. Brothers Relocation Services was able to get me in the next day at 9:00am. The movers (Reggie and Rafael (sorry if I spelled those wrong) amazing. They were pleasant, professional and very helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend Brothers Relocation Services to anyone that has an upcoming move. Thank you so much for such a great service, you saved the move and a lot of extra stress caused by the other moving company.

This was our first move in 29 years and I definitely had some anxiety. We had a crew of 4, with Sedrick as the head guy. He was also the loader and was really good at that task, using every speck of space in the truck. All 4 of the guys were extremely efficient, really hard working, and friendly. They didnt waste any time. For instance, when they walked the house with me to get the logistics, they carried some piece of furniture back to the main level to stage it. A couple of them ran up stairs when returning for other items. I was really impressed with how hard they worked both at loading and unloading. I never saw them take a break until the last item was unloaded. I would recommend them without any reservations, especially this crew of 4.

My experience with Brothers Relocation Services was absolutely wonderful. The four man crew who performed my move - Gabe, Reggie, Todd and Alex were top notch, professional, efficient, and obviously very experienced. They were also very courteous, fun, nice people. I whole heartedly recommend Brothers Relocation. I was leery of movers having heard horror stories in the past. But this was a great experience from the time I called Chris, the owner, until the four guys left my new house.

Second move with Brothers. On time, professional, very cautious with items, and the guys worked super had the whole time. They were very friendly with my family and kid as well. The couple things that did a get dinged up a bit, they were careful to point out right away so I knew about it. I also have some wood shop machinery which would be a movers worst nightmare, but the guys handled it with ease and didnt ding up any walls or door frames, which was great. Well worth the money.

Lester & Cedric came out on 02/21 and they were fantastic! Not only were they professional and cared about my items, they were so much fun to work with! I had my items stored for 3 days and when I moved into my new home, all items were safe and secure. Cedric and Mike pounded out moving in my items to my new home and I could not be happier with the process. While moving is a stressful process, Brothers Movers made it a touch bit easier. Thank you for ALL your hard work!

Chris and Jennifer were great to work with and talked this worried mom through helping to move our daughter into her first home. She was happy with their work and excited when the movers didnt have a problem moving her washer and dryer out of a small cramped hardly accessible basement. The price was better than the other movers BY FAR and the price came in less than estimated. Good experience and would highly recommend Brothers to family and friends

Our 3 man crew did an amazing job with our local move. Cedric, Ladariel, and Mike were confident, efficient, and collaborative. We packed and hired them to load/unload and unlike some companies, they didnt make us feel guilty for not using their packing services. They took pride in protection and we came out on the other end with nothing broken or damaged. My husband and I have moved many times and this was by far the least stressful. Thanks guys!

We were very happy with the service we received from Brothers Moving & Storage. Your 2 men arrived within the time frame allowed, and did a very efficient and careful job of moving all our items, including up a staircase at the destination. They were business-like and friendly, and even changed a burned out light bulb on a high ceiling to facilitate the operation. The charge was exactly what was quoted. Again, we were very pleased.

These guys are the best! They arrived promptly, wrapped the furniture as well as the door frame to prevent bumping etc. - very friendly and professional-worked quickly. Took apart the beds and put them back together at my new home. Runners were laid anywhere they needed to walk in my new home as well as my parents home to protect floors/carpeting. I would definitely use this company again.

We were extremely happy with the two movers we had from Brothers Relocation Services (Reggie and Scott, I believe?). They were very careful with our belongings and very efficient in getting everything loaded on the truck, They even helped us load things on our rented truck and trailer. We needed to rush to get out of our house and they cooperated under all of the pressure.
