I came up to Chicago to help my son move. I had first gone to a big box store but there was nobody there to help me. When I got to New Haven, i couldnt believe how helpful they were. Not only were their prices much less than the big box store, the cartons were much much stronger and they had a huge selection. The customer service rep helped me select just the right boxes for packing up my sons kitchen, heavy books, and living room stuff. He knew what I needed to buy and what we wouldnt need, so I didnt have to waste money. He also gave some great moving tips and even gave me his number in case I had questions while packing up and moving. For customer service, price, and the quality of the products, these guys were number 1. I would come back again and use them when I move in the future.

I find it hard to believe every single review this company got was exactly 5 stars and all on the same month seems set up. Anyways unlike everyone else my experience here wasnt as great. Didnt have certain items in stock & ordering what I needed was a mission plus I gotta pay for shipping for it to get shipped to their location WTF? They were supposed to call when it was in stock never got a call. Online prices are ridiculous you have to go in person and haggle them down. speed pack $30 dish pack $5?? Found out home depot has the same size boxes for fractions of their price.

I needed to move some personal belongings of great value, so doing it myself was paramount. So was doing it right. I found New Haven and they had everything I needed including curbside delivery. Luke (sp?) was extremely helpful and went the extra mile. Highly recommended.

New Haven has stellar customer service. I constantly heard from other drivers that the wait time was a fraction compared to places like Victory. If youre looking for packing material with excellent quality and friendly people, New Haven is the place to go.
