Run away from these guys and go to anybody else that offers this service. Rich from their Mt. Prospect location is by far the rudest person we have dealt with. We first had a decent experience with them, but then it rapidly went downhill. Upon scheduling for pick-up of our first unit, we asked for a second one. We set a date, and never heard back. Upon our first delivery, we received advanced notice about the delivery via phone AND email so we were prepared to be here. The second unit we were expecting some sort of advanced call or email in the morning, and nothing. Since we did not hear yet, we were working on moving items. Then, the driver shows up unannounced while we were unavailable and leaves. Next we called back and received heaps of attitude and utter rudeness from Rich. When we told him we did not receive the same level of service as before, all we received was attitude. He just insinuated "oh well, a driver was there". Pass on these guys people. This is not what you want to deal with when you are on a tight moving schedule, and have absolutely no time for drama.

I recently read the review that someone else left refs 1800 PackRat Mt.Prospect. I had the complete different experience with them. Rich was always helpful and friendly. He even took my phone call one day after he had left the office for the night. He said he did not have my information I front of him but he would call me the next day. He went out of his way and called me back later that evening. Also we moved the same weekend of the national holiday so I had an understanding that the box would not be deceived until after. But Rich made some arrangement and was able to deliver the day before. His drivers were always friendly snd professional. I had a great experience and I would use them again.

VERY UPSET with their lack of service. Even though I called a week before my full pod needs to be picked up and delivered to my new home (7 miles away) they are too booked to deliver it to my new home. They can only deliver it to their warehouse 15 miles away - and cant deliver it to my home until a FULL 6 DAYS LATER. Of course this means rental at their facility, plus 2 more trip charges. Tell me this is not about the money! I will be in my home for SIX DAYS without my belongings. These people are so nice up front but then they take advantage of you once they have your stuff.

We called them and been on hold for 3 hours. Once they decided to take our call they told us we have to wait 2 weeks until they can pick up there empty pod. But the date they are providing us is close to when they charge us for another month of having the pod. They are trying to get a pick up fee and another month charge out of us. I feel they are money hungry people and have no respect for there customers since they like to keep us on hold for 3 hours. Never will I use them again.
