I cannot say enough good things about Boyer Rosene. They were recommended to me by several friends and I was not disappointed. I have moved several times, but have never utilized movers before so I was very nervous and didnt quite know what to expect. Jim came to the house and looked at everything to give us an accurate estimate for boxes (which they give for free!) and to know how many containers would be needed. He was extremely good at explaining what would happen. The three men who showed up were cheerful, efficient and funny (plus they were handsome, this lady was not complaining!) They packed up everything really quickly and were able to take apart some tricky furniture with no issues. They were careful with my items so nothing was lost or broken & they inventoried it carefully so nothing would be lost. My 18 month old son was running around and they were VERY sweet to him, even when he got in their way a little bit :) I was thrilled when they even cleared out our storage unit so everything could be stored together, as they were storing our items while we renovate our new house. I would recommend them to everyone I know. You will NOT regret using Boyer Rosene!

There was one woman packer that ruined my entire move. Even though the men that actually did the move were hard working and polite, the one woman packer made my entire move a nightmare. After unpacking every box in my storage bin 7 months after my move, I found that every single item that I pointed out to her that was very important to me or was sentimental was GONE or BROKEN. There was no coincidence that the things that were broken were each item I pointed out to her. My things had not moved from where they put everything in storage and I discovered it as I went through each and every box to purge and clean up. In addition, this was a move as a result of a divorce. She talked with my ex-husband at the curb for over 30 minutes instead of packing, I believe she advised him to separate out my packing cost from my moving cost and he then said he would not pay for my packing as per our original agreement. I had a lot of stuff after being married for many years but I was very kind, I bought the movers lunch and worked with them. She was just horrible.

I really couldnt believe how great it was to have someone else move our belongings. In the past, we moved everything ourselves with the help of friends. We decided to use their service because we had accumulated some many things in the ten years we lived at our house. The movers arrived ten minutes early in good spirits and immediately began working. They asked us for direction as to what needed to be moved. They were able to move several very large pieces of furniture through very tight spaces and down a winding staircase without any damage. They wrapped our furniture individually and allowed us to keep a few of the protective coverings. We are remodeling our house and needed to keep the furniture protected. We would recommend their service to our closest friends and family.

Starting with the estimate, Jim did a great job of estimating our packing needs & supplies and was very responsive to any questions I had after his original visit. On moving day, the crews showed up on time, worked extremely hard & carefully, paid perfect attention to all our furniture notes, never complained, helped where we didn’t even expect them to, and were still smiling (really, smiling) when they left the destination home much later than expected. These 6 men (Pilo, Danny, Mondo, Alfonso, David, Jesus) worked seamlessly together. It is really a testament to your company and we will continue to recommend Boyer-Rosene Bekins to our friends and family.

We were referred to Boyer-Rosene by friends of ours for a local Chicago move and BR did not disappoint. Dean Quarino was great helping us with the move planning. As a result, there were no surprises. Driver Lorenzo Baeza and his team of professionals worked tirelessly and efficiently both on the loading and delivery of our belongings. We were impressed with the protection of large items that were blanketed and then shrink-wrapped for extra protection. The entire team was courteous and patient, especially when sometimes we were not sure where we wanted to put things at the new location. We would highly recommend the BR team.

Boyer Rosene Moving & Storage are incredible company. Customer service was very nice and timely in settling the logistics of the move, which was not easy. They had to go to Art Van Furniture and pick up a ton of furniture and then come to my home to pick up the rest of the stuff and then off to a difficult place in the country 2 hours away with a very challenging drive way and had no issues what so ever. They were early on all occasions and completed the move timely and with no damage. The big strong movers were great and so warm to my family. I willl only use Boyer Rosene Moving & Storage!!

From the time Dean Quarino came to do our quote and back a few times for revisions as things changed we knew we selected a good company. This is our 1st interstate move, and first where we didn’t do it with family. Excellent service from Dean, Kathy and the moving team of Matt, Joe, John, and Ricky; they were very courteous and were great to work with. We would recommend them to others and would use them again. The whole team – sales agent, scheduler, packers and the moving team could not have made us feel more comfortable in a very stressful situation. We would absolutely recommend.

We used Bekins for our move from Morris, IL to Sandwich, IL and I would recommend them to anybody and use them myself again if necessary. They were polite, friendly but professional, knowledgeable and took excellent care of all of our possessions. They were punctual and arrived when they said they would From our initial contact with Jim Mazzuca and our first crew of John, Ricky, Herchel and Matt to our unloading crew of John,, Ricky Herchel and Carlos these qualities were very apparent. Ok I have use this moving co. 5 times this will Be my 6th. Time. 5 long distance and 1 local. I have ever ever had a problem . Ever had any item Broke. Very nice people working for them. And Katy in the office is very helpful. So over all great movers . I dont ever call anyone else. (Just wish they gave frequent movers miles. ) lol. Thanks Sue going to use them again in a couple of weeks for a long distance move.

They did a wonderful job. Our closing ran more than two hours late and they were extremely patient and waited for us to show up at our new house for the move in. Their office personnel were also extremely accommodating and understanding as we had to change our move dates around several times before locking them in. Couldnt recommend them more and will definitely be doing business with them in the future again.
