Liars, thiefs, and no accountability or customer service. I used Wisdom Movers to unload my u-boxes. One of the movers showed up on time. The second was at least an hour late. I was hold he was trying to pick up the other u-box. When he arrived he didnt have the u-box and I was told he was denied because his hitch wasnt rated. The unloading seemed to go ok. Although I had color coded and labeled a large majority of the boxes, the guys still asked where each box went. Kind of annoying but I could deal with that. Shortly after Wisdom Moving unloaded my items I discovered I had tools that were missing. An air compressor with 3 pneumatic tools, a grinder, and other miscellaneous hand tools that were in the same bag. I called Benjamin and got a lot of push back / denial from Wisdom Moving that there was any way his guys could have taken something. I was left to be a "liar" in his eyes even though the first thing he told me was that the 2nd mover didnt even have a car and was late because of public transportation. Funny he should start off with a different story than I got the day of the move...I thought he was at Uhaul picking up the 3rd box.... SO...Customer service starting with a lie. Good job buddy. I exchanged a couple of messages with Benjamin but at one point he just stopped responding. Now Im out a few hundred dollars worth of tools. Dont make the same mistake by hiring Wisdom Moving. Liars, thiefs, and no accountability or customer service.

From the start, these guys were awesome! The wife and I have moved several times on our own and with the help of friends, but this time we decided to hire movers because of our massive amount of accumulated "stuff". They said theyd be here between 11a-1130a. Truth be told, we made bets on how late theyd arrive (since you hear horrible stories about movers all the time!). I said 2p and happily lost that bet. They arrived promptly on time and with such an awesome attitude. Cory (Corey??) and Allen introduced themselves and assessed the rooms and things that needed to get out. They definitely knew what they were doing and had a game plan for every phase of the job. I was absolutely impressed and very happy. They were careful not to knick, knock off, break, crack, scratch, or drop anything which were very grateful for. When we move again, were going with these guys and we are certainly recommending them to others as well. Thanks, guys!!

Hired these guys for moving ( from IL to St.louis in Oct-2015 ) - All I can say is they are wonderful. None of my stuff had scratches on it. Right on time for pickup and delivery. Mark and other guy ( dont remember his name ) are very professional. Benjamin - Hire one more person for picking calls since I left lots of voice messages to get this moving done !!! But it was worth a wait !!!

I had some help from the guys at Wisdom Moving with my local move. I was in a bit of a bind last minute and gave them a call. Cory and Ron were excellent guys who helped me load my truck and unload it. They were professional and I am very satisfied with the service I received.
