The management here is terrible. They will try to take advanatage of you, and they do not have the consumers interest in mind at all. Do NOT trust any of the bull#### they feed you. They are operating BARELY inside of Uhaul policies(now knowing after contacting Uhaul corporate offices). I was swindled out of $100 cash just like that for a deposit paid on a truck that shouldnt even have been taken because the payment was with a CREDIT CARD. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I have rented trailers from here twice. Both were good experiences. Sunday April 24th. I walked in to pick up a trailer and there was a customer already there. The woman was being very belligerent and was clearly trying to intimidate the young lady behind the counter. I believe her name was Callie . Callie kept a calm composure and maintained her professionalism during the whole episode. Job very well done.

Very nice folks. No hassle, almost no wait. I believe the reviewer below had a bad experience, but my experience this afternoon was just fine. Staff werent, like, scintillating, but perfectly friendly, no sketchiness to be found...

Sorry manager does not have any experience with ANY uhaul equipment so if you need anything call and ask if they can fill you tank or do they have the keys
