We had to switch our move destination during the process (as our original apartment flooded) and they provided outstanding service, even on the weekend. Thank you! The packers and movers were very respectful and careful with our items. They kept in contact with us to be sure that we aware of any time changes for pick up and delivery. The only problem for us, was that we waited to buy our airline tickets based upon the delivery dates and that was promised to us by our booking agent to be available at least 2-3 weeks earlier than we received it.

I would highly recommend Federal for your move! The guys were very professional, personal and efficient! Not even a glass was broken during the move. We did pack ourselves and our move was local. They were within a half hour of the quote. Great Job!!

Half my furniture was scratched or broken. They havent resolved my claim and its been 4 months. The drivers & movers were very sweet however the company is too large and doesnt care. Customer Service after the move non-existent.
