Was assured that the expensive furniture (leather couch) would be wrapped to prevent damage, I even provided all moving supplies including moving blankets. It was rushed and nothing provided was used. My bf and I were taking care of last minute things in our apt and tending to our dogs who were stressed so we didnt notice they just threw everything into the truck as is. Book case was smashed, leather couch severely scratched, two night stands severely scratched as well. Save yourself the time and money and go with anyone else.or just Pay a college kid $50, either way the job will be half-assed and if items are broken they will refuse to pay for them. I was told that I had to unpack the truck as soon as they pack it to make sure they didnt break anything bc once I pay theyre not liable. Save yourself the disappointment and money.

Found this company via google. Scheduled an appointment with them via their website four days prior to the day we needed a couch and chair removed. We got three emails confirming our appointment the day we scheduled. When the day came, the company never showed up. My husband called them to find out what was happening and he was told that they didnt have an appointment on file for a pick up at our home. My husband stated that the man on the phone was rude to him and had an attitude. They may have a good service (we will never know) but their website doesnt seem to work properly and was a bad start to our experience with this company. We went with another company for the furniture pick up. They were able to come out the same day we called them.

I had several pieces of furniture and boxes of miscellaneous items that I needed to get rid of because we are moving. I chose College Hunks Hauling Junk because they recycle everything that cannot be reused or donated. They accept all the things that usually require a special trip to recycle: paint, wood stain, electronics, batteries, cleaning chemicals. The price was well worth it and my charming hunks were in & out in 15 minutes. I will use this company again.

They had to remove a ton of junk and move a ton of very heavy office furniture from the 3rd floor of my office building that does not have an elevator. They did everything I asked them to do with a smile. I would recommend both the junk removal and moving services to anyone who needs it.

I have used the "Hunks" twice now and it is a service that I would recommend to anyone. I needed things discarded and some furniture brought upstairs. They take almost everything and it isnt just thrown away. They recycle, donate to Goodwill, and then they go to the dump. The young men are very personable, responsible, and well-mannered.
