Ive had a climate controlled storage unit at the Lock Up Self Storage in Lisle for about 4 months now and everything has been great. The first day I received my assigned unit, the property manager took the time out to show me my unit and teach me how to lock/unlock the unit itself. The unit was also very clear upon my arrival. My unit is in the main building which has a garage door so I can pull my car into the facility to load/unload all of my things (which is very convenient when its raining, snowing, etc.) The main building where my unit is located is extremely clean and well maintained by the Property Manager Elie. Elie is very friendly and always there if you need anything or have questions. The property is also right off of 355, which makes it convenient for me since Im always on and off the highway for my job. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit.

Happy 2015. Hard to believe but what was supposed to be a short term storage has become longer than I expected. Ive had a couple address changes and Elie has been wonderful to work with to keep my account updated. She is outstanding with customer details and has a fantastic personality with her customers. The facility is always top-notch, clean, orderly, pleasant to conduct business with. My unit is safe and secure and I have never had any issues at the Lisle location. I am so glad I decided to go with The Lock Up in Lisle. I dont worry a bit about my stuff being 1K miles from me, they have it all under control. Thank you so much Elie & The Lock Up for my peace of mind while I relocate. You are a keeper ! I highly recommend this facility.

My mother has had a storage unit with them for over two years. The place is well kept, and she has yet to have any problems. Most storage places are the same but I went and got a small storage unit for myself here. Im glad I did, the staff is professional and quick. Elie even stayed a bit after closing to finish helping me while answering all my questions. Id recommend asking for her because she was friendly, quick, and honestly a huge help by showing me multiple units of various sizes. When you store things that matter, you want them to stay safe and their security measures make your things feel protected.

These guys are the BEST! Units & Hallways super clean (and if you see something wrong they ACTUALLY take care of it right away!), Beautiful Clean Bathroom for Renters, Security is Top Notch, they even have a garage you can use in case its raining or snowing! Plus they always have carts, nice ones, in working condition! Perhaps Ive just had a lot of bad experiences but Im sticking with them because I know a good thing when I see it. If you dont believe me, check it out for yourself. You wont be disappointed!

With little notice we had to rent a climate controlled storage locker AND have a flexible schedule for use of the free truck. Property Manager - Elie Abraham - along with her associate - Val Garcia - delivered all we needed and more on both fronts and did so very professionally. They could not have been more helpful and understanding in the midst of what was certainly a chaotic circumstance. I have rented a storage unit at this facility for over 3 years. The buildings are always clean and in order and Ive never had any trouble with my rental unit or the facility in general. The buildings are clean and in good working order every time Ive been there. Elie, the property manager is wonderful. Very professional, helpful and efficient. I highly recommend this location.

My office uses this facility to store excess equipment that we dont have room for. Weve been with them for over 10 years now. Ive always had very positive experiences with them. Elie and the rest of the LockUp staff are always very kind and helpful when I contact them. If in the future I need to rent a storage facility for personal use, I would not hesitate to choose them.

Elie Abraham, the Property Manager, was extremely helpful when it came time to vacate the facility. We were disposing of many years of legal files and she referred us to the Company who did the shredding of the documents. She also took care of all the paperwork involved. The facility is very clean and kept up. The lighting is top notch. Very secure. I have been a customer since 2002. Never had an issue. Easy to get in and out with the bay, especially in bad weather, price is a little high, but for the value it is worth it. Ive seen some other local options and I feel this local is superior.

I rented a storage unit in Downers Grove and they were not accommodating whatsoever and very rude so I went to the LockUp in Lisle and they were so friendly and everything was clean and the storage unit so accessible . I would highly recommend this facility.

The Lock Up is top notch! I have been at this location for a while now and I must say it is a great facility. It is well maintained and clean. I also feel safe here because they have a secutiry system and it is well lite. I would highly recommend it. Michelle the manager is very friendly and helpful.

Elie the property manager was amazing. She carefully explained all of the policies and procedures and setting up our account was simple. This seems to be a newer facility, it is very clean and well maintained. We will definitely consider the Lock Up for all of our future storage needs.

Just turned in keys to my 2 Lock - Up storage units. Managers there are very nice, helpful people. They saved me money off of the reservation that I had already booked using 1 800 number. Elle is an especially, nice helpful person. She would make a great concierge.
