I love the new Lock Up Self Storage. It is clean, safe, friendly but most importantly great in accommodating their customers. I have nothing but the utmost praise for Ken, who could not do enough to make my moving experience a less stressful one. I was supposed to have two men and a truck (not the company) come at 10 am. They did not show up. I had the the storage unit and the complimentary truck scheduled for 1:30pm. Ken allowed me to pickup the truck early, suggested a first floor, larger unit than I had reserved and I am so thankful because I had not judged the space accurately and it would have been too small! I was running late returning the truck again Ken was totally relaxed and understanding. I strongly recommend Lock Up Self Storage and especially Ken Strohrigl for his excellent customer service!

The Lock-Up in Wheaton has an excellent staff and excellent facilities. They go above and beyond in providing excellent customer service, even staying open a half-hour late to ensure I could sign up with them and get unloaded on the same day. They have secured indoor loading bays activated by keypads, clean bathrooms and water fountains on-site, an extensive network of security cameras, padded carpeting in the hallways and inside the units, well-lit hallways, 6 on-site pallets to use for loading and unloading, an on-site dumpster, and they even provide a key to new renters upon registration. I highly recommend this new facility for both the service provided by its staff and the quality of its facilities.

In my years of travel and moving, I found the need to utilize storage facilities around the United States. I have had several experiences in the Wheaton and Carol Stream area, but The Lock Up Storage, by far, has been the best ever. Mel Magner, the Property Manager, runs a tight ship, ensuring that each customer is treated with the utmost respect. He is courteous and most helpful in every aspect of the storage experience. The facility is clean and safe! It is evident that Mel and his staff work diligently to make this a superior operation. I would not hesitate to recommend The Lock Up Storage to anyone!

I cant say enough positives about the Wheaton Lock Up! Five stars is NOT enough! It is clean, easy to use, and makes the process simple and convenient. The staff are professional and take time to explain everything, and their care for the customer and belongings is extremely evident! We had to rent a unit for our daughter at the last minute. Looked up The Lock Up because it was so close to our house. When we came in, we were greeted by Ken. He was very knowledgable. He took a look at what we needed to store, and hooked us up with the perfect size to store all our daughters things. The facility is clean, and very nice. I highly recommend this place. With Kens great attitude and knowledge and the facilities location and cleanliness, we are very likely to recommend thia place! Thanks!

I have been using the Lock Up for nearly two years and could not be happier! Mel and Ken are always friendly and willing to help whenever possible. The facility is by far one of the cleanest and professional I have seen over the years and would recommend this location to anyone! Also, its a great place to have packages sent in case you might not have room at home or if you dont want packages left outside for the taking!

My husband and I moved our storage a week ago to Lock Up Self Storage. Ken and Mel were wonderful to work with. The facilities are beautiful and clean. We have had a storage for about 20 years in different states and locations. This is the friendlist and morst attractive one that we have stored our belongings. Brand new, very clean facility. Mel the manager is great...very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I visit several times a week to load and unload so having the pull in garage loading bay is great if the weather is bad. Another big benefit was having use of the free rental truck on initial move in. Would highly recommend this facility!

Awesome facility and even better staff. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The units are new, indoor, and climate controlled. There is an indoor, secure bay for unloading and even after getting a great deal on the unit, they throw in a truck you can use for three hours for the cost of gas!

We had a wonderful experience with The Lock Up in Wheaton. Ken was very helpful and patient. The facility is spotless and well run. We were able to use their large truck upon signing up and were able to pick up several bureaus that I had purchased at a nearby store. I recommend the Lock Up to everyone!

Very clean, very easy, trash can inside, music inside while you are unpacking, very clean bathroom, and staff is not rude or anything there nice. And that one month free thing ITS TRUE I DIDNT BELIEVE IT TILL THE SECOND MONTH BOOM NO PAYMENT Loved this place.

This is a great storage place. Staff are friendly and easy to work with. Sign up is quick and easy. The site is clean and easy to access. Storage units are well lit and climate controlled. Best of all they have interior loading bays, no rain no cold.
