Stopped in on a Sunday in desperate need of storage space since our home here in Wheaton, IL sold very quickly. The Public Storage Associate Barbara was awesome. She was so service oriented I thought she must be the owner, or the franchisee, yet she informed me the store is company owned. We own and operate a business here locally, Start to finish she had us in our new storage unit in 20 minutes, on a Sunday to boot! I need to clone Barbara many times over for our business. She is superb. I have already made 3 trips with "stuff" over to our new storage unit and plan to drop off again tonight. This process is so convenient, and a big help at a time of need for our family. Thanks to Barbara and Public Storage.

Well here we are almost a year later and seeing Denise is still at this location I stopped in and bought more supplies to move again. Still professional and polite AND she remembered me from the last time. I will keep coming back here for my needs as long as she is there. Thank you Denise. Came in to buy boxes and Denise was really helpful in suggesting I should also use glass kits and dish kits for my packing of glasses and china. She was friendly and very helpful.

Denise made my entire experience very pleasant. She was polite and efficient in showing me space options and in explaining the parts of the contract I signed. The sight is very clean. I felt safe there. Went back today (3-8-14) and rented another unit. Danielle was terrific. She helped me explore my options and processed my contract without any difficulties. I would recommend going to Public Storage. Its clean, safe, and their staff are very helpful.

Adriana is a consummate professional. She tirelessly provided her expertise and helped me to secure two storage units. Adriana was so professional and personable. I arrived at the beginning of her scheduled lunch break, but she took it in stride and not once gave the impression that it was an inconvenience. The facility was very clean and seemed well managed. She explained everything very thoroughly, and made sure I was able to access the unit and garage door I would be using. The facility was always clean, the office staff polite and helpful, and we always felt that our belongings were safe and in good hands. I moved my mother from NY to Wheaton. She has a house full of stuff that we had to store. The move itself was stressful to say the least but PS Property Manager Adriana made the end of our move very easy and pleasant. She was extremely polite and helpful. Denise Knitter was great! She made the whole experience of renting the storage unit very easy. I only needed it for a short time for moving from one home to another. She took us to the unit where we able to see it to make sure it would be big enough, which it was and it was also very clean. I would recommend Denise to any of my family and friends. Went into this store looking for boxes for a move for my father. Jan helped me out and got me the boxes I needed. She even helped me save 20%. She told me what I would need, and didnt tell me I needed anything I didnt. Great customer service. Adriana helped me find a storage unit today. I looked at a lot of other storage facilities, but this one is in a perfect location. It is easy to drive in the garage; there is an elevator in the building and carts available. She was very helpful; she helped me get my forms filled out fast. Adriana gave me all the information I needed about office hours and building hours.

at a recent trip to your wheaton store to buy boxes, Denise was very helpful and knowledgeable on what sizes and how many I would need. The store was clean and organized which made it easier for me. Also Denise greeted me with a smile and it looked genuine and she answered all my questions with the same smile. I will definitely visit there again.

Denise has been my representative at the Wheaton storage facility for over three years, since I rented two units there. She is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. For example, when I asked her to combine the two bills I was getting into one, she willingly complied. making my payments easier. She is an excellent employee in my opinion.

The manager, Denise, was highly professional in the contracting phase of renting the unit. The facility is well lit and quite clean from the indoor parking area for loading and unloading, the unit halls, and the unit rented. In all a first rate experience. I would highly recommend this facility.
