Recently relocated up to the Schaumburg area and found the LifeStorage to be a very convenient option right next to our apartment! I had researched online prior and was contacted by Jim M, who was very accommodating and helpful. We had to wait to reserve the spot until closer to our move, at which point Jim proactively contacted me to ensure we had the unit we needed. Upon arrival, he was very thorough and ensured we were very comfortable with size and setup of our location. It was easy to access and has great security on site. Pricing was competitive and i received discounted pricing for reserving the unit ahead of time, as well as a 50% off discount for my second month. They were very flexible with payment options and offer great online access to update information, make payments, or contact the location. All in all, very great experience and got everything to easily fit inside the very tall units. Ours was also climate controlled, outside access which is great to accommodate our 6-8 month storage time frame.Perfect for Versailles residents! There is an employee named Mitch there who was spectacular. He knew the ins and outs of the place, and was very patient and happy to explain everything. He went into detail about all the differences between the sizes, height, temperature, and much more. He told me about the extreme care they take in the security, and the fact that they lock check daily. He made the entire experience worth it, and was straightforward. Everything that he told me panned out, and I would recommend this storage facility to anyone who would be looking. Also, he got me a free truck to move some of my stuff in. I did not know they offered that, he went out of his way after all was said and done to offer it to me. Which is wonderful. He mapped out the distances to make sure I would not over on miles. Basically, what Im trying to say is that the service at this facility is exceptional because of employees like Mitch.

Excellent service and very prompt with answers to questions and concerns. Willing to receive a pod delivery on short notice to serve our needs and situation. Both employees we very friendly and professional. Clean and secure grounds with plenty of cameras. My rental is short term but, the gentlemen at this location go above and beyond with the service and storage provided at this location. They explain everything in great detail, and ensure you understand any questions you may have.

This is Tom, Ive rent the same unit for couple years, the staff here are phenomenal and very helpful. Im very happy with my storage unit. More important is that this storage is always clean and safe, and they maintain and manage property very well, and price is reasonable too. This is the best storage unit I had in couple years. Had a storage unit at the Schaumburg location for a little over four years. They accommodated me on short notice. They even provide a complementary cargo van to move in. My unit was clean and secure, and the staff was unfailingly attentive and helpful. It was reasonably priced, maybe on the high side of reasonable, but competitive in Schaumburg. Id definitely use Life Storage again.

This Uncle Bobs Storage facility is awesome! Jim and his team go out of there way to help you when needed. We have used this facility since 2011 and had more then one unit, due to growth. We visit the unit weekly and are always met with friendly faces. Great Job!

Very friendly staff. I stored my mustang here for about 15days, and the price is pretty decent since I can keep the car in a warm cell. The paperworks takes a quite long time, about an hour and a half, but youre good to go after that.
