This was my first experience with using any storage facility. I needed put some away things and had not really planned it well. However, I was able to find the nearest location with the cheapest rate by calling thier customer service. When I got to the location, the Property manager Racheal was ready for me. She was warm, friendly, patient and very attentive. I was having a rough day, and I was telling her about it the whole time. The great thing was Racheal kept listening and yet at the same time got me through my entire process effortlessly. Thank you Racheal!

We rented a unit recently and were VERY happy with it. It is easily accessible and was very clean upon us moving in. Also, Rachel was a tremendous help. She answered every question we had with a smile, and was just completely pleasant in every way to deal with. She was fantastic! I reserved a unit online and received a call 10 minutes later to answer any questions I had. Prompt, professional service. When I went in to see the unit and complete the paperwork, Sherry was great. She called me that morning to confirm my appointment and the process was seamless. Very clean and well run facility. You will not be disappointed by renting a unit here! Top notch!

Rondey, is a great person, and very respectful, and helpful. The facility was amazing, made me feel comfortable and safe, felt like I was at home. I recommend this facility because of the reinsurance I got when i left. So if your looking for somewhere to store your merchandise you should start here, and you wont need to look any further. Great place just take a look for yourself

Excellent customer service with Chelsea and Sherry was a great help as I was relocating from a different state and this was my first experience using storage. Quiana is a great property manager. Quiana is friendly and knowledgeable. She guided us through the process and within 25 minutes we were moving things into the unit. Storage area very clean and easy to access by wide hallway. We are very pleased with this location.
