I have been renting here since November and Jessica has been great. Jessica showed me the unit without delay. She is very courteous, prompt, and she knows her stuff. Jessica always listens to me and my issues with my living situation and she remembers me when I come in to make a payment. Recently, I have been wanting to move into a smaller unit for the last few months and she has been great with helping me find the prefect unit to move into. I ended up moving into a unit that was right next to the old unit; which was very helpful in moving my things over. I have had no problems with my personal property either.

Quiana was extremely helpful! She made our unit transfer an easy one. She was very quick to answer any questions and very thorough in explaining all of the leasing terms. This young lady knows her job well and is definitely a great representation and asset to Public Storage. I felt the service that was given was top notch! Quiana was so accommodating that I left feeling that I had made the right decision and that my belongings were in good hands with Elmhurst Public Storage!

Jessica was amazing. She was extremely friendly and fast with my questions. She didnt make me feel silly for the questions I asked. The process went by fast and easy. When I came in I didnt have a lock and she gave me great information on why this disk lock would be the best for our unit. Ive been in a few times since Ive moved in and she is always extremely cheesy and just great to talk to. Best storage experience Ive ever had. Public Storage needs more employees like her.

Jessica was absolutely awesome. From beginning to end she was very friendly, helpful, and informative. The space is perfect, and just the size I needed. She was very thorough at explaining to me what I could expect from my unit. A nice plus: the property is clean! I know thats not a huge excitement, but it makes a difference when shopping around several places. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Jessica was my sales representative and I felt comfortable with the Storage Unit from the time I walked in the facility. She was very knowledgeable and very precise about the procedures. She called to see how my move in went. I would obtain storage again and I have already referred everyone to go to Public Storage for all of their storage needs. She took all of the stress out of my move.

When I went to public storage there was an issue with getting in because of a key problem. Jessica the service lady met us at our space and resolved the issue. We were concerned about not being able to get in but she had a backup plan involving the district manager but it wasnt necessary because Jessica handled it well.

Woman I spoke with was quite rude and the unit appeared to have a blood stain. It was a 5x10 size unit. Its has cheap to say the least. Ill be taking my storage needs else where, I suggest other do the same.
