So far were happy with the decision we made to change storage facilities to Extra Space Storage. Its conveniently located with easy access in and out of the facility and building, which for us was the biggest motivating factor which influenced our decision to change facilities. Any business is nothing without its people an our dealing with Michelle and Todd have been great. We worked extensively with Michelle a handful of times before signing on to rent a unit and she was nothing friendly and helpful going above and beyond to answer our questions. If youre in need of an offsite storage facility, definitely look into Extra Space Storage in Glen Ellyn.

We just started our lease there, but my first impression was definitely very good. They have a great variety of unit sizes for very reasonable prices, and best of all, they have locked entry and security cameras. I feel like my belongings are more safe there with their security features than at another company weve used in the past. The only negative is (like MOST storage companies) there is only one staff member working at a time, so if theyre with another customer you have to wait to be helped. Not terrible, and definitely not unique to Extra Space. Michelle helped us out, and gave us fantastic service.

From the first contact at the Extra Space Storage in Glen Ellyn, the experience with the two managers Michelle and Brad has been a very pleasant one. At the beginning of August I reserved a 10 x 24 ft. unit and Michelle handled all the paperwork/arrangements in a most professional manner. Since the beginning of September I have been moving personal items from another storage facility to this well planned , clean and bright Extra Space Storage in Glen Ellyn, IL.

Great, clean facility, with very competitive pricing! Also, Michelle gave us great customer service--and she provided great follow up on our internet inquiry. The only thing wed change is providing customers more than one restroom in the facility...this can be inconvenient. Overall--easy in-and-out even to our top-floor unit--and we think this storage facility is excellent.
