STEVE AND NANCY make this storage facility successful. They are compassionate people and extremely helpful. We were customers of this storage facility for approximately 13 years. We were customers as this place transitioned through a couple of storage companies and when Steve and Nancy came on board, we were treated as family. They take pride in their work and this facility. It is well maintained and they go above and beyond to help the customer. On our last day as we checked out, I hugged them both and thanked them for all they have done. I highly recommend this storage facility. Extra Space needs to do whatever it takes to keep Steve and Nancy as the management team.....they would be lost without them.

This is a great facility. Steve is very helpful and a super nice and friendly person. Their prices are very competitive to other self storage places. I like that you can drive up to the unit that youre renting as opposed to indoor self storage. The only reason that Im not giving 5 stars is because you cant access the storage units 24 hours. Sometimes you do need to access your stuff after the gates are locked for the night.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! i called extra space on a friday, for a reservation on saturday. Not only was Steve incredibly helpful, but he also went above and beyond by waiving their "first month 50% off to give me first month free! Nancy was lovely and very informative. i would recommend Extra Space to everyone who is looking for a professional and customer friendly self storage business.

Steve and Nancy are great and friendly. They keep the storage facilitys clean and safe. I have been here for 2 years and plan on keeping my things here for a long time. Steve has helped me access my storage when I couldnt get the door open from ice. Great place.
